The intro is slightly different because it's New Year's Day and the living God is with you wherever you are. We just want to say thank you to everybody. It is the 1st of January, New Year's Day, 8 p.m., live here in the UK. The God that we serve is with you.
We're going to pray for hope, calmness, reflection as the day starts to come to a finish for many of us and whatever your time zone is, wherever you are, we're going to pray for peace, calm, and the love of God. Father, I thank you for the listeners right now. And Lord, as that it's just passing 8 p.m., live here in London, England, I pray that you'll bless every heart, every mind, every spirit, every soul. For those that have stood with us, Lord God, for many months. And Lord, all those, dear God, that have stayed with us since lockdown, right just at lockdown, Father, when we started, Lord, the radio, the online streaming, everything, Father, the podcast. Father, I thank you, dear God, for everyone that has downloaded these prayers, the podcast, the back library, everything that we have. Father, I thank you, Lord, that you have blessed us here in this studio to be able to do what you've called us to do. So Lord, I pray for everybody right now. Father, that as they are being accelerated further down the timeline of life, I pray that visions and dreams will come alive and hope, dear God, will rise. Because Lord, we know that weeping only lasts for
a moment, and rejoicing comes in the morning. So Lord, many of us have been weeping for such a long time, but it's over now. So Lord, we thank you for Psalm 30, verse 5. That weeping may stay for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning. And Father, we pray that the joy of the Lord shall be our strength as we are jumping in, as we are walking through, as January the 1st starts to come to a close, we ask you, dear God, that you will touch our hearts and bless everybody.
And Lord, through the beautiful book of 1 Thessalonians 5, verse 18, the Bible says, give thanks in all situations. Father, in every circumstance of life, we believe that the fire of God is working through us. And even though we go through the valley of the shadow of death, we will fear no evil. And through every circumstance of life, through every area, dear God, for every weave, for every turn, for every yo-yo experience of life, Lord, for every rhythm that we've gone through. We just want to say thank you, Jesus, because all things work together for good for those that love God. And Lord, I thank you that you've called every listener right now to the sound of my voice. And Lord, I pray that you'll bless every heart. Father, as we are live here in this studio, three minutes past nine, in the name of Jesus Christ here. And Lord, we thank you. Actually, it's not, it's three minutes past eight. I'm so tired. God bless every one of us. It is eight to three minutes past eight. Jesus, forgive me when I make mistakes. Lord, we want to say thank you. But Lord, I pray and I thank you for every listener wherever they are around the world. Father, right around this world.
And Lord, I just pray for Israel now. Lord, as we pedal out, Lord, I pray for Israel that the love of God will be over Israel. Wherever we stand right now, let peace radiate around the world. Lord, you tell us that weeping may last for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning. Lord, we're rejoicing right now. Because Lord, in the quietness, in the quietness now, Jesus, I pray, Lord, that miracles will abound. Come, God, refresh us, restore us, carry us, feed us, strengthen us. Lord, we love you. But Lord, I thank you for 1 Thessalonians 5, verse 18. Give thanks in all circumstances. I thank you for my whole life, from birth to now. The real rough moments, the real bad moments, every dark moment I had, every light moment I've had, every area of my life, I want to say thank you, Jesus, because you were with us through every light moment, every dark moment, every joyous, every fearful moment. Lord, you never leave us nor forsake us. And Lord, I just want to say thank you once more to the listeners. As we gather and as we just rest, as we be still, wherever we are around the world, bless us, we pray in the beautiful name of Jesus Christ. May God carry you.
