Welcome to Daily Prayer. We myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of prayer, faith, hope, love, and strength. You know what? Wherever you are, I've got to tell you right now, we are entering into a new beginning. Each and every one of us, God is gonna give us rest. God has given us rest. He has never left you nor forsaken you. You know, our lives might be a little bit obscured in certain areas, and forgive me for saying that, but you know what
I mean. We might have certain things breaking out, we might have storms that are going on in our lives outwardly. We might be battling the biggest storm of our life, you know, at this time. But we're gonna pray that God will calm and God will bring calm to every storm in our lives. Father, we pray for every storm that we are facing right now. We pray for every anxiety, every part of emotions that we're going through, all the unstabilities of life. We need breakthrough at every level in the name
of Jesus. And we believe that 1 Peter 5, 7 is for each and every one of us. The Bible says, cast all your anxieties onto him because he cares for you. Father, we believe that you care for us. We believe that the love of God is in our lives, we believe that you do care for us. But Lord, I don't want to live my life anymore by my emotions, my feelings, my doubts, my insignificant insecurities. Lord, I do not want to live my life by how my head is going. I want to live my life by faith because Lord, I don't want to live anymore by the way of the world, by society, by culture, by the regime, whatever nation that we're in. I want to live my life by faith. And Lord, this world causes me to have anxiety. And I believe, Lord, as we are accelerating into January right now, 2026, I believe for each and every heart that is with me, I believe that God
is with us. So Father, from Sri Lanka, dear God, all the way, dear God, around the world, dear Father, in the name of Jesus, right here, live in London, from Sri Lanka to London, from London to Zimbabwe, from Zimbabwe to Morocco, from Morocco to Mexico, from Mexico to Argentina, Denmark, Father, let your love be over Italy, Iraq right now, and Poland and Pakistan. Lord, we need breakthrough in our lives, in the nations, and in the love of Jesus. But Lord, we want to feel your mercy. Lord, we want to feel the Holy Spirit, Lord, in our lives. Father, we we cannot live by anxious thoughts anymore. Lord, as evening is coming around right now, as the sun is setting on our day, Lord, maybe the sun is setting on your life. Maybe you're trying to get dressed and find the energy to get to work, to get ready and do whatever you've got to do with the children. Father, I pray that the Lion of Judah will be so strong and so powerful that the love of God will carry each and every one of us in Jesus' name. But Lord, we believe in miracles. So Lord, we cast all our anxieties onto you because you care for us. But Lord, that scripture alone, Father God, we need lessons of how to do this.
So Lord, will you teach me to cast all my anxieties onto you? Lord, I can say it, but Lord, help me to let go. Help me to let go in the name of Jesus. Father, I need to let go. Father, help me to let go now. Father, I've got to let go. Lord, I want to be free from worry. Lord, I want to be f free from repeat situations. And Lord, we want the divine to reassure us. But Lord, we thank you for today. And Lord, in your trust and in your mercy and in your saving grace, Lord, we lay every anxious thought down at the footstool of Jesus. And Lord, we thank you, Lord, that there is no tightening in our chests. Lord, we are calm. Lord, the pressure of being overwhelmed is gone. Lord, the stretch, dear God, of life is going, Lord. Break the cycle of overthinking and bring quiet, Lord, to these storms that are inside of us. Bring quiet, dear God, to these storms that are in our lives. So, Father, we thank you for every listener wherever they are gathering now. And Lord, let your love and your mercy be over us.
Lord, not just over us, Lord, but we need the love of God in our hearts and our minds. And Father, we thank you for every listener and wherever they are right now in the beautiful name of Jesus.
