Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, love, and strength. If you have a prayer request, please email us at infodailyprayer.uk. We will pray for you and thank you for your support. Thank you for your prayers, but we will pray for you. Please make sure that you leave an email address very clear that we can get back to you and uh give you the answer that you
require. But wherever you are today, will you lock shield with us? We're gonna pray for healing for emotional burdens. We're gonna pray for wounds and in our weariness, the battles that are within. Father, I thank you for every listener and wherever they are, Lord, I invite them in, dear God, as we pray together, as we stand together, Lord, on the school run together, on the work run, dear God, on the run of life together, Lord, as we jump up and down on the trampoline of life together, as we pray together, walk together, cry together, laugh together, Lord, and just have to get on with it. Lord, we come before you right now. Lord, we pray for faith. We pray for more faith. We pray, dear God, that our faith will rise. Lord, as we watch and as we walk in 2026, we believe that this is our year. This is our year as individuals. Lord, we're gonna grow in the word of God. We're gonna grow in favor, we're gonna grow in anointing, we're gonna grow in the love of God. Father, we want to be seen as your ambassadors. And Lord, if we're feeling overwhelmed right now, just emotionally tired and weary and exhausted, Lord, will you guard our hearts? Lord, will you set the captives free? But Lord, we believe that God is healing every one of us right now. Lord, heal
us from emotional burdens, wounds from inner weariness, tiredness, exhaustion, and Lord, just the season where we've just come out from. So Lord, give us strength to get up for school. Give us strength, dear God, to get up and go to work, to live life, to bounce up and down on the trampoline of life, and just Lord, let Favor just rest on our shoulders. So Lord, wherever we are, from London, Toronto, from Toronto to Mumbai, to Rio Judeiro, Lord, from everywhere, dear God, to everywhere, to Johannesburg to Prague, Lord, to Switzerland, Father France, we pray, dear God, as I get tongue-tied and weary, Lord, I pray that you will cover us in the blood of
Jesus Christ. But Lord, we stand on the beautiful book of Psalms 34, verse 18. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Lord, I pray for those that just feel really crushed today, that are on a school run, walking to work, commuting to work, just sitting indoors, just in a daze, not sure, sitting at a desk, not sure what to do with their lives, uncertain, worried about families, life, marriages, relationships, children, work, home life, everything, Lord. Please, God, we pray that you will bless the brokenhearted. Lord, as we come to you raw and open, Father, we thank you as we gather across the world, as we step back into a routine, Lord, remove the pressure and the responsibilities that feel so overwhelming. Lord, as many of us are stretched, vulnerable, weighed down by the start of the new year. Lord, we are dreading the bills, we are dreading the financial implications that come after this season. Lord, will you help us with the hidden pain, the worry, the fear? Lord, will you give us rest? So wherever we are now, we believe in miracles, we believe in healing. And Lord, we thank you that this is our day, that this is our year, and we walk in the word of God, and we believe that you are close to the brokenhearted. You walk with us.
So, Father, we also rest in Matthew 11, 28. Jesus is calling you. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Jesus will give you rest. We won't find rest at work, we won't find rest in family, we won't find rest at church, we won't find rest in ministry or in what the world is offering. Certainly not in social media. We will find rest in Jesus. And Jesus is calling you. And you might say, Well, Reverend Ben, how do I find Jesus? Jesus has already found you. Just open up the word of God and read the beautiful book of Psalms. Indulge yourself in the prayers of David. If you are just new to uh these prayers and uh with us right now, if you are new to this, we would encourage you to get a Bible.
If you need a Bible, please hit us up in the email account, info at dailyprayer.uk. You can find us all over the social media and also RB Christian Radio. But seriously, if you are new here and you are just getting into prayer, we want to encourage you to go to the book of Matthew, chapter six, the Lord's Prayer. Come on, we're gonna pray that prayer, we're gonna spend some time in that prayer very, very soon. You know, we've got to pray that prayer, Matthew chapter six. It's powerful, it's the one that Jesus Christ has given us, and the prayers and the psalms of David.
God bless you. We will hear you and walk with you and pray with you and stand by you on the next prayer. God bless.
