Jesus, calm my fears, calm my fears wherever you are across this beautiful world. Are you trying to sleep? Are you trying to rest? The Lord Jesus Christ is with you right now. Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray for the brothers and sisters around the world, wherever they are, that they will feel the love of God, the power of the Holy Spirit. And Lord, we believe that Psalm 4, verse 8 is for each and every one of us. In peace, I will lie down and sleep. For you alone, Lord, will make me dwell in a safe place. Father, we believe that John 14, 27 is for each and every one of us as well today. But right now, Lord, we just want to say, Lord, calm our hearts. Lord, as we pray, Lord,
as we look for Jesus Christ, Lord, our mind is a bit wayward. Father, we are worried about tomorrow, Lord, the fear of tomorrow, the overthinking of tonight, Lord. We can't sleep because of worry. We pray for everyone that can't sleep at this hour, Lord, at this moment. Lord, with the emotional storms, with the outside storms, the inner storms, Father, the storms that are just brewing around our lives at this moment. Father, will you help us to think right, to walk right, to live right today, wherever we are gathering around the world. Lord, we believe in Jesus Christ. So Lord, bring peace. Lord, bring your love, bring your mercy to each and every one of us. Father, in the early hours, we bring ourselves together right now. And we not just bring ourselves together, we bring each and every
one of us to the cross. And we say, Lord, as the night starts to dig in, Lord, as the worry starts to move forward, Father, will you quieten our mind? Lord, every thought, every worry, every doubt. Father, right the way across Europe, right the way across the Americas, right the way through Israel, right the way around the world. Father, we pray for the love of Jesus Christ. We are asking you, Lord, for those that can't sleep at this moment, that there'll be calm and there will be a fresh awakening of the Holy Spirit. Lord, wherever we are, from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the field of life. Father God, on the school run, on the work run, Father, on the commute, wherever we are commuting to work. Lord, we just pray for peace and we pray for your love. Father, we do not want to bounce on the trampoline of monotony. Lord, as we are pressing into January 2026, Father, we need freedom from fear. And Lord, we pray for those that are trying to sleep at this hour, Lord, that you will give peace and love to every heart that is with us right now. Lord, we believe that John 14, 27 is for us. Father, in peace I will be with you. My peace I give to you. I do not give as the world gives, and do not let your hearts be troubled or be afraid. Father, we do not want to be afraid and we do not want to be
in trouble. Lord, we want our minds afresh, we want to be alert, and Lord, we pray for our racing thoughts. Lord, the swelling anxiety in our in our head, Father, and the thinking and the over-engineering of every situation. Lord, quieten the storms that we are going through right now. Father, I pray for every listener wherever they are around the world, from London to Zurich, from Zurich to Warsaw, Prague, Vienna, Father, all the way to Reykjavik. Father, let the love of God be poured out in the name of Jesus Christ. Father, we need the love of God, we need the fire of the Holy Spirit. You are the Lion of Judah. Bring calm and bring rest. Lord, I pray that we, us, all of us, Lord, will not be afraid. We will not be terrified. That the love of God will carry us in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. God is with you wherever you are right now. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. Until the next prayer, never give up.
