Live Worship And January Focus

SPEAKER_00

This Sunday evening, wherever you are, stop what you're doing. 9 o'clock UK time. We are going to be live on X, formerly known as Twitter. And we are going to be live on RB Christian Radio. And for everybody that listens to the radio station, RB Christian Radio, you might be getting it now. There is no voice, there is no traffic, there is no media, there is no adverts, there is no weather, there is no human voice. It is pure worship. And right the way through January, that's what we got to do. We got to punch our way out of January. And the only way we can do that is by the rhythm of worship, the rhythm of the word of God, the rhythm of prayer.

Opening Prayer On Forgiveness

SPEAKER_00

Come on, let's get in and pray together. Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for every heart that is with me right now in the name of Jesus. Father, we believe that Matthew 6, 12 is for each and every one of us. Lord, forgive us our debts. Oh Jesus, this is a tough one, Lord. This is a struggle beyond the bubble. Lord, in the name of Jesus, Lord, will you pour out your spirit? Lord, we need help, Father. And Lord, I bring myself to the cross of Calvary. And Lord, I pray, Lord, if there's any situations in my life that I'm harboring unforgiveness. Because Lord, you forgave me and Lord, help me to forgive those. So Lord, I pray that wherever we are right now, but Lord, my personal prayer, Lord, I can't say for anybody else, Lord, help me to be more forgiven in my life. Help me to get to the cross more. Help me to get to the vehicle of the cross. Help me to get in the word. Lord, and as evening settles across the world, Father, as the sun rises, as the sun sets, wherever we are across this beautiful world, I pray, Lord, that we will get ourselves to the cross. Lord, I want to thank you for the power of forgiveness. Lord, if I'm carrying guilt, remove it. If I'm carrying regret, remove it. If I'm carrying shame, remove it. Lord, if I've got unresolved conflict in my life that I'm carrying, Lord, I want it to be gone at the name of Jesus. Lord, I want these painful memories to be gone. Lord, I pray right now, this personal prayer of

mine, Lord. Father, when I was 12, God, you know, Father, when I was 12 to 15, Lord, I got caught in abuse, Father, and I pray, Lord, that you will help me to forgive those, Lord, that abuse me in the most vilest ways on earth. Father, Lord, you will help me to get out, Lord, and I will not relive, but I will forgive. Help me to forgive my abusers. Help me, dear God, to walk in freedom. Help me, dear God, not to live in shame. Help me not to live in that old rhythm. But Lord, I pray for everyone, dear God, in that circle of my young life. I pray as I bring it to the cross now, and as I'm in this studio, I'm looking at this cross. Father, I bring every one of those, those six abusers in my life. I bring them to the cross right now. And I say, Lord, I pray that you will bless them. Lord, I pray, dear God, that you will save them. I pray, dear God, that you will help me, Lord, to leave it at the cross. Lord, I'm not going to allow them to shape my destiny. And Lord, I pray for anyone, dear God. The battle cry of just trying to survive. Lord, I believe, Father God, that you forgave

Leaving The Past At The Cross

me. I believe that you forgave the world. I believe in John 3.16. For God so loved the world that whosoever shall believe in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. I gotta tell you right now, you have got everlasting life. It doesn't matter what's gone on in our past, it doesn't matter what's happening right now, is what lies ahead. Sisters and brothers, as we come to the close of this prayer, let's get ourselves to the cross. If you are carrying anything, if you are worried about anything, if there are situations in your life, your historical events, just bring them to the cross. You might say, Rev, how do I do this? It is this simple. Father, in the name of Jesus, I've got to let it go. Lord, I need to let go of this suitcase of history. I gotta leave this suitcase, dear God, these suitcases of history, of abuse, of fear, of doubt, of unforgiveness. Lord, will you heal me? Lord, I want to leave my past in the past. Lord, I don't want to live, dear God, right now in my historical stuff. I want to live in freedom. The Bible says, who the sun sets free is free indeed.

Sisters and brothers, wherever you are, from London to Copenhagen, from Copenhagen to Vienna, from Vienna to Geneva, from Geneva to Madrid to the Vatican City, I pray for every one of you. If you feel broken today, God is healing. If you feel lost today, God is leading. I'm telling you now, never ever give up. Whatever you face, whatever you've gone through, God turns all things around for good. Never give up. I'll catch you on the next prayer. Hold on time.
