Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, love, hope, and strength. If you've got a prayer request, you can email us at infodailyprayer.uk. I will repeat that. Info at dailyprayer.uk.
Thank you to everybody that's listening to RB Christian Radio at this moment in time. No news, no weather, no traffic report, no human voice, just the power of God through the power of worship. And thank you to everybody that is downloading all our back library. Yes, we have got over 1,200 prayers, these five-minute commuter prayers, but also we have more, more, more than we could ever shout and ask about. Right since lockdown, we have church services, Bible studies, we have so much stuff in the back library. Go back and have a listen, you know, long podcast, short podcast. But thank you for joining us wherever you are around the world.
If you are new to this, you're not here by chance. God is calling you to prayer. God is calling you to prayer. Your life is in the hands of God. Everything is okay. Everything is okay. Trust Jesus. Forget about church, forget about life for a minute. Just focus on Jesus. God is ordering your steps. He's giving you courage to walk in your future. Don't be frightened to jump out of the boat. Don't be frightened of change.
Shall we pray? Jesus, guide my steps tonight and give me courage to walk in the future you have prepared for me. Jesus, guide all of our steps tonight. Lord, it can be quite scary, Jesus, walking by faith. Lord, on this earth which you created for us, Lord, it can be scary.
Lord, we're watching the news channels right now. And Lord, we're watching wars, rumors of wars. We're seeing things, dear God, that we never thought we'd see. But Lord, we realize that we're waiting for the second coming of Jesus. And right now, wherever we are, from the battlefield to the boardroom, Jesus, tonight, I bring every area of my life before you. Lord, when we feel unsure, overwhelmed, and we feel we're not good enough. Lord, I pray for anyone that feels that we're not good enough. So Lord, help us guide our steps today. Guide our steps at this lunchtime. Guide our steps this morning. Guide our steps at the midnight hour. And give us courage to walk in the future that you have prepared for us. So Lord, give us faith to jump out of the boat of life and to walk on water. Father, we believe in miracles and across Europe, America, Israel, New Zealand. Lord, across this world we are searching for the Father's heart. And we believe that there is power in the name of Jesus. Bring boldness to our life. Bring Holy Spirit strength to our life. Lord, lead me in the authority of Joshua 1-3. You tell us through the book of Joshua, I will give you every place where the sole of your foot shall tread upon, as I promise Moses. Father, as you promise Moses, you've got to bring it to
us. So Lord, you tell us in the book of Psalms 23, verse 1, the Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. And right now, Lord, we need the power of the Holy Spirit. Right now, Lord, we need our God and our King. And wherever we are, from London to Paris, Chicago, Tel Aviv, Auckland, and Rome.
Lord, through this divential time together, through this time of gathering around the Word, Father, as hearts are facing uncertainty. Father, we pray, dear God, as there's transitions happening. Father, as we look down the barrel of life and we see that there is change, and we're scared of change and we're uncertain about change and we're worried about change. Father, I pray that we will live by faith. Lord God, we won't bounce on the trampoline with the crowd. We won't bounce to the rhythm of social media. We won't get caught in the trends and the hashtags of the world. But Lord, that we will follow Jesus Christ. We will follow the lion of Judah. Lord, we don't want to hear the roar of the bear and the lion in our lives, the bear of fear, the lion of doubt. Lord, we don't want to hear those roars, Father God. We're tired of the foxes and the dogs at our ankles according to the word. Father,
we want to follow the Lion of Judah. We want to hear the voice of God in every footstep in every area of our lives. Lord, get us off the trampoline of the rhythm of life. Father, we want to live, we want to walk by faith. Lord, we want to fall in love with Jesus like never before. Father, wherever we are, from Europe to America, Israel, New Zealand, right the way around the world, let the fire, let the glory, let the power, let the anointing of God bless every listener today, wherever they are. I pray that Jesus Christ will lead you into new beginnings. Lord, give us courage today. Wherever we are, the Lord Jesus Christ is with you. Never give up. Never ever give up. Father, from the battlefield to the boardroom. Father, as the sun rises in our lives, as the sun sets, as we kick the duvet off and as we get under the duvet, Spirit of the Lord, whatever our life looks like, carry us. Give us courage. Give us strength to face the future. Give us courage to face the future and remind us that we're not orphans, that we're grafted into the vine. God loves you. Nothing can separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Holy Spirit, bless us in Jesus' name. Until the next prayer. God bless.
