Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world is just gathering for hope, for gathering for the presence of God, for gathering for strength, for gathering for love, for gathering for change, for gathering for a breakthrough. What are we gathering for? We're gathering for a new life. We're gathering for hope. We are gathering right now. You're not here by chance, you are here because of the divine destiny. You are here because God. You are here because of the Spirit of the Lord.
It's not about going to church. Oh no. It's not about walking into a religious box. Oh no. It's about Jesus Christ has called you. Wherever you are, God is calling you. You are on a spiritual journey. You are on a journey that is powerful. There is change in your life. There is hope. God is moving. We welcome you to this prayer time. May the Spirit of the Lord lead you. Good afternoon, wherever you are. Good morning, wherever you are, and good evening.
But without further ado, we are going to pray for the persecuted church, the church that is running because of their faith in Jesus Christ. Should we pray together? But before we pray for the persecuted church, let's just lock in together at this moment.
Father, we lock in together. Lord, we scrum down on the rugby field of life. Father, we lock in. Lord, and we lock hard today. We lock in and we press over, dear God, the triline. Lord, we get down, dear God, on the muddy field of life and we carry each other. Wherever we're from, we pray together, we walk together, we never give up together. So Lord, I pray that blessings will flow over every heart that is with me. But right now, Lord, I ask you, dear God, that you will move in the secret church.
Jesus, strengthen every secret believer, standing firm with their faith under pressure and under fire. Lord, we bring our brothers and sisters over 370, 375 million displaced Christians around the world. We pray that the Spirit of God will carry those where their lives are
threatened. We pray, dear God, for the church in Eritrea. We pray for the church in India. We pray for the church in Pakistan. We pray for the church, dear God, in China, that those churches, dear God, that are under persecution will grow with power, with love, with authority. We're asking, dear God, for the hidden believers that they will feel the safety of God. We're praying for the silent church. Lord, it is being silent, dear God, by the bullets of warfare, by dear God, that scattered church, that whispering church, that church that is imprisoned. Lord, we're asking you right now, dear God, we pray as we go deep into the word of God. We're asking for our loved ones, our friends, our brothers and sisters around the world, missionaries that we know, brothers and sisters in areas, dear God, where angels fear to tread. We're asking you, dear God, where Christians in a danger every day. Lord, their faith is under fire. Lord, we pray for blessings for those believers that are in prison because of the gospel of hope. We pray for boldness. We pray for strength. We pray for the love of God. And right now, Lord, wherever the persecuted church is, Lord, we lift it up in the name of Jesus
Christ. Lord, whatever the hour is, whatever the moment is, Lord, right now, wherever we are gathering, dear God, we thank you from London to Istanbul, Beijing, Moscow, Seoul, Lagos, Cairo. We are praying at the early hour, at the midnight hour, at the daybreak. Father, as this sun rises on this day, as the sun sets on this day, Lord, we're tired, but Lord, we need more power.
Lord, we pray for those that feel broken and feel lost, that are running for their lives. We pray for the families that have been left behind by those lives that have been taken by the gospel of Jesus Christ. We pray, dear God, for the families of martyrs. We pray for those, dear God, that are in prison. We pray, dear God, for those that are under house arrest. We're asking that the word of God, that Bibles will get in where angels fear to tread.
We pray that that barriers will be broken. We pray for the Bible smugglers that the word of God will get in. Lord, we are looking for supernatural courage, supernatural strength. Lord, that the that church, Lord, the church of Jesus Christ will rise out of the ashes with supernatural power, endurance, and the glory and the Holy
Spirit. Lord, we pray for boldness for every believer wherever we are gathering right now. But Lord, we pray that we stand with every listener, every brother, every sister, wherever they are around the world. Let the love of God be with you and Father, bless the persecuted church.
