Good morning, good evening, good afternoon.
Let's get straight into prayer. We're going to pray, Lord, quiet my thoughts tonight and guard my mind in the middle of the night. Father, wherever we are, from the battlefield to the boardroom, Father, we ask that the Holy Spirit will quieten my thoughts and guard my mind in the middle of the night. Lord, if it's the daytime we're at work and we're scared, Holy Spirit, we need you. Lord, with these thoughts that are spiraling out of control. Father, we pray that you will remove the 3 a.m. anxiety. Dear God, the 6 a.m. Dear God, the 12 p.m. Father, the 4 o'clock, the 5 o'clock, Lord, the midnight hour. Lord, remove that anxious thought. Lord, quiet my thoughts. Lord, I am hearing a noise. I am hearing a rattle.
Lord, all I'm hearing is scenarios going over and over and over again. Lord, I don't want to go over history. I don't want to go over what was. Lord, I want to focus on what is about to come. Lord, we believe that the best is before us. And Lord, wherever we are, from London to Sydney, from Sydney to New York, Berlin, Cape Town, dear God, we believe that Toronto, Durban, and Auckland, we know that the Spirit of the Lord is with us. Wherever we are at this midnight hour, we believe, Lord, as we rise for work, Lord, as we rest in bed, Lord, wherever we are in the midnight day, Lord, we believe that the Spirit of the Lord is over each and every one of us. Holy Spirit, quite my thoughts. Guard my mind in the middle of the day. Guard my mind in the middle of the night. Lord, at the early sunrise, Lord, will you help us? Jesus, calm my panic. God, I can't stop overthinking. Lord, this battlefield of the mind. Father, this insecurity that I've got. This fear
that I've got. Lord, I need John 14, 27. I need this peace from God. Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. Father, we are not afraid. We might near God be scared and worried at certain moments in our lives, but we are not going to be afraid. Because this is the turning point. Father, cut the umbilical cord to panic. Cut the umbilical cord, dear God, to overthinking. Cut the umbilical cord to what the world is saying. Lord, we don't want to hear the noise of yesterday. We don't want to hear the noise of right now. Lord, we want to feel the peace of God. And we believe in the power of God. We believe in the Holy Spirit. And wherever
we are, let the Spirit of the Lord fill your life today. Jesus Christ is with you from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the school run, wherever you are, Jesus, we need more of the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, we want more of you in our lives. Please, God, fill our lives and enrich our thoughts right now with your love, your mercy, your saving grace. The Spirit of the Lord is over you. Remember, Jesus says, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to
you. I will catch you at the next prayer. Don't go away.
