below. Wherever you are, come on, what we're gonna pray for. Jesus, give me rest, give me peace, strengthen me in the middle of the day. Whatever your work tone is, whatever your work time is, whatever your work ethic is, whatever your life is looking like, wherever you are, if you are at work, hallelujah. If you're retired, hallelujah. If you're a homemaker, praise God. Wherever you are at this moment in time, God is with you. Maybe this is your first time listening to my voice. Maybe you've been with us since lockdown. Please, brothers and sisters, listen to the back library. But we are in prayer right now, and we are believing that the Spirit of the Lord is changing us. Lord, give me strength in the middle of the day. Lord, I'm on my lunch break. Lord, I've had a grizzle of a morning, and Lord, we need strengthening. Lord, we've had a bad morning at college, at school. Lord, we've had a bad morning, dear God, right up to work, Lord, at home, at life. Lord, the commute in
has been absolutely awful. Lord, we need Jesus. Father, wherever we are, from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the field of life. Lord, we're tired of the bus. We're tired of the tram. We're tired of the tube. We're tired of the motorway. Lord, we are fed up, dear God, to the back of the neck, dear God, with traffic jams. Lord, we've had enough of the traffic of life. Lord, we don't want any more traffic in our lives. Lord, we're tired. All we want to do, Lord, is just say yes, Lord. All we want, Lord, is peace, Lord. All we want is strength, Lord. Wherever we are, Lord, we don't want to get caught in another traffic jam. We don't want to get caught on a commute run. And Father, we don't want to get any small skirmishes on the battlefield of
life. But Lord, whatever storm we're going in, whatever situation we're facing right now, wherever we are, whoever we are, whatever tribe, whatever tongue, whatever culture we come from, Lord, I pray that we won't live according to the culture, to the tribe, to the colour. We won't live according to the pattern of the world. We won't live according to social media or the political agenda. But Lord, that we will live according to the kingdom
of God. And wherever we are, from London to Amsterdam, from Amsterdam, Madrid, Rome, Johannesburg, Chicago, Vancouver, Sydney, Milans. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, give me peace. Give us strength. Lord, give us courage in the middle of the day. Lord, it is it is a war zone, Jesus, out here. Lord, we are living in a war zone. We're walking in a war zone. Father, Lord, I pray that the Spirit of the Living God will carry us through the war zone of life. Father, will you remove the anxiety? Lord, today at work is tiring. Lord, it is the middle of the day. Lord, as the sun rises, as the sun sets on our lives from the battlefield to the boardroom. Spirit of the living God, give us courage, give us strength, anoint
us. But we believe that Matthew 11, 28 is for us. Come to me. All of you that are weary and burdened, I will give you rest. Sisters and brothers, there's only one place to go, and that's the cross of Calvary. And at the cross you will find Jesus. Well, you know what I mean. We know that he's risen, but you understand what I'm saying. On the third day, the Bible says that he rose. We serve a risen king, but get to the cross because at the cross there's a sharpening. At the cross, there's hope. Thank God that Jesus Christ is a risen King, the Messiah, the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom.
God is with you. Wherever you are, I pray that you won't feel tired anymore. You're exhausted at your desk, you're tired driving, you're tired on the commute, you're worn out, you're busted, you feel run down. Let's get to Jesus. Father, as we pedal out of this prayer, help us to get to Jesus. In the midday right now, Lord. Father, it's been a long morning. We're tired. We're weary. We need your help. Holy Spirit, thank you that you're with us. Jesus, we thank you that you will never leave us. Holy God, we thank you that you are our Father. Bless us today, wherever we are.
