Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes. Faith, hope, love, and strength. Jesus Christ is over your life. It is getting to that point. We are getting to that point. We are tired. We are weary. Our hands, our fingers, our toes, our backs. We are aching. We are creaking. We need more oil. Lord God, give us oil in our lamp tonight, wherever you are around the world. We're going to pray.
Jesus, protect my mind tonight and give me peace so that I can sleep. Wherever you are, I believe God is with you. Thank you to everybody that is listening on RB Christian Radio. No music, no travel, no weather, just pure worship. And everybody that is downloading and going into the back library of all these podcasts that we have done, they go right back, right the way through to lockdown. The Spirit of the Lord is over each and every one of us. Come on, let's pray. Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for every listener that is with me around the world at this moment in time. Father, as the world gets louder at this time, Father, I pray that the pots and the pans will cease in our head. Lord, what we are hearing is a load, dear God,
of pots and pans clanging. Lord, we've had a heavy day. We've had a heavy week. We've had a heavy hour. Lord, we've just come out of the battlefield. Lord, we might still be in the battlefield. Lord, we might be seeing storms and experiencing storms. The battlefield of mental health. Father, we pray for the mindset. We pray that you will realign our mind with the word of God. Lord, that we will be focused on scripture, that we'll be focused on the power of God. And Lord, I pray, Lord, as the name of Jesus, Lord, unfolds in our heart. Jesus, be with me at this hour. Holy Spirit, lead us at this hour. God, guide us. Father, we want to hear the line of Judah. We don't want to hear the pots and pans rattling at the end of the day. Lord, we have got fatigue. We are tired. We are wary. Lord, we feel ratty. Lord, we don't know what to do with ourselves. Lord, we feel agitated. Lord, we want the Spirit of the living God. Lord, will you give us peace? Lord, will you protect us as we sleep? Father, we pray for
that spiritual attack that may be coming against us. We pray, dear God, for the weapons of warfare. We thank you that we carry the word of God. And today, Lord, we pray for that overthinking mechanism of the mind. Lord, as we are overthinking, Lord, we ain't even got out of today and we're thinking about tomorrow. Lord, we haven't even got out of the hour and we're thinking about the crisis. Lord, we ain't even got out of this moment. Lord, and we're still thinking about what possibly could be, maybe. Father, in the name of Jesus, Lord, we don't want to hear the pots and pans of life. We don't want to hear, dear God, that noise, that rah-rah in our head. Lord, we want, dear God, to find the rhythm of heaven. We want to hear the line of Judah. And Lord, from the battlefield of the mind, Lord, at this hour, Lord, we need peace. Lord, we got to calm down. Lord Jesus, dwell in my heart now. Holy Spirit, Lord, I need to hear the whisper of heaven. I got to feel the rhythm of the Word of God. Lord, I want to feel the gentleness, dear God, of the wind of the Holy Spirit just blowing
over our lives. Father, in the book of Acts, you know, Acts chapter 2, it tells us that the Holy Spirit descended and it and it fell on each and every one of them. And tongues of fire and flames and the glory of God just sat and rested on each of them. Lord, we need the glory of God to rest on us. Lord, we need the Holy Spirit, dear God, to rest on us. Lord, we want to walk in the gifts of the Spirit, the fruit of the Spirit. Lord, we want to walk in divine. Lord, we want to walk in your love and your mercy. Lord, I don't want to walk in the rattle of the world. I don't want to walk in the rattle of commercialization. Lord, I don't want to walk with the rattle, dear God, that I've got in my mind. Lord, I don't want to fall into the concept of the ivory towers. I don't want to fall into the concept of the world. Lord, I want to fall in love with Jesus Christ. Lord, I want to love you more. Lord, I want my heart to be opened up. Lord, do heart surgery on me right now. Lord, open my heart up, Lord. Fill me to the full measure. Fill us to the full measure. Lord, we need Jesus Christ at this hour. Lord, it's been a long day. Lord, the the life, the rhythm of life, Lord, is exhausting and we come to you now. Lord, Spirit of the living God, just come over us, Lord. Just to refresh us, Lord. Let the Holy Spirit, Lord, just rest and come over us, Lord, and just fill us with your gentleness, your power, God, at this hour, wherever we are, Lord. Father, even our speech is getting weary. Lord, our minds are weary. Lord, we're stumbling, Lord, because of exhaustion. So Lord, I pray that you will remove the exhaustion and you will bring peace.
The battle belongs to the Lord. From the battlefield of life, I pray for peace over you tonight. Are you weary? Are you tired? Have you got fatigue? Are your bones aching? Do you feel quite tearful? Very emotional at this time. Jesus sees all this. He's with you. I pray for rest over your life. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. I will catch you very, very soon. Don't go nowhere. Stay with us on the next prayer. God bless you.
