Welcome And Focus On Prayer

SPEAKER_00

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world is gathering just for five minutes of faith, hope, stability, and strength. The love of God is over your life. It is early, it is the early hours, and wherever you are, we are praying. A simple prayer, and this is what we're praying for. Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit, quiet my thoughts and guard my mind tonight. Wherever you're listening to my voice, whatever platform you're in, if you are listening to the back library of daily prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper, may God

bless you. If you're on RB Christian Radio, just listen to the music all the way through January, and we will continue that through February. We'll have no noise of any human voice, but just pure worship. Listen to RB Christian Radio. Let the Spirit of the Lord carry you. But wherever you are, come on, let's lock in today. We're gonna pray. It's daytime, it's nighttime, it's afternoon. Wherever you capture my voice, whatever time it is, but let's just knuckle down and let's just

get into prayer. Holy Spirit, quiet my mind, quiet my thoughts and guard my heart. Spirit of the living God, we pray for such an outpouring of your love and your mercy. Holy Spirit, quiet my thoughts at this hour. Holy Spirit, guard my mind. Holy Spirit, lead me in paths of righteousness. Holy Spirit, will you just bring peace to the place that I live? Holy Spirit, will you bring peace to the workspace? Holy Spirit, will you lead me to the cross of Calvary?

Scripture For Courage And Care

SPEAKER_00

And Father, wherever we are, from London to New York, Sydney, Lagos, Jerusalem, Father, we pray, dear God, for Rome and Italy, the Vatican City. That the love of God and the power of Jesus will be with us. So Lord, we hold on to 2 Timothy 1, 7 at this hour. For the Spirit of God has given us the power not to be timid, but he has given us authority, the love and the discipline through Christ Jesus. Father, you have given us the Spirit of God. Lord, not to be timid, but to be bold. And right now, Lord, quieten my thoughts. Holy Spirit, Lord, I've got to learn to cast all my cares onto the Lord. Lord, I've got to learn to cast everything I've got onto you. The Bible says in Psalm 55, 22, cast your cares onto the Lord, and He will sustain you. He will never let the righteous be shaken. Father, I thank you that we are not going to be shaken.

Naming The Mental Battles

SPEAKER_00

So from the battlefield of life, from the internal storms, Father, is the storm of the mind, the storm of emotion, the storms of fear, Father, the internal battles that we may be fighting. Lord, the bears, the internal bears, the internal lions, dear God, the internal thoughts. Father, the growling, dear God, at midnight, the growling, dear God, at 3 a.m., the growling at 5 a.m. Lord, the growling throughout the night, throughout the day. Lord, wherever we are, Father, we don't want to hear the growl with inside of us. We want to hear the roar of the Lion of Judah. And wherever we are from the battlefield of this night, from the battlefield of the midday, from the battlefield of the early morning, from the battlefield of the sunlight to the battlefield of the dark. Spirit of the living God, I pray for peace over every listener wherever they are gathering for the sound of my voice. Lord, we lock in today and we pray, Holy Spirit, bring peace. Lord, tonight, these mental battles. Lord, this morning with these mental battles. Lord, I've woke up with mental battles. Lord, I'm at work and Father, work is fierce today. Lord, I'm in this relationship and it's fierce. The mental battles at school, at life, Father, just these battles, Lord, these emotional pressures. Lord, protect my mind. Bring calm
