Whatever your time zone is. Good morning, good evening, good afternoon. If the sun is rising, praise God. If the sun is setting on your life, hallelujah. Wherever you are. Thank you for joining us. Thank you for locking shields of faith. Let's knuckle down on the rugby field of life. Come on, let's scrum down. Let's push together.
What does your life look like? We're going to pray for restoration. We're going to pray that God will restore our identity and our self-worth tonight. How are you? I hope you are okay. Are you tired? Are you weary? Have you got brain fog? Are you exhausted? Have you got battle fatigue? Are you just drained? Come on, let's pray that God will restore right now. Jesus, restore my identity and my worth tonight.
Lord, I thank you that we belong to Jesus. Lord, that we haven't got to perform to the world. We haven't got to put on a show for the family, the brothers, the sisters, the rest of the world. Lord, I pray right now for emotional restoration. This hour, Lord, is as we pray for healing, insecurities to go, identity in Christ to come. Father, I pray that we will realize that we are not who the world says we are, that we will not conform to our historical pathway. Lord, that we will not allow our history to define our destiny, that we will not allow what was to be what is to come. That Lord, that we will leave all of our baggage, all of our worries, all of our fears, every skeleton in every cupboard at the cross. And Father, we will not allow the world to dictate by pressure, by manipulation. And dear God, that this will be the hour where you restore our true identity. Because Lord, we've lost our identity in family, we've lost our identity in work, we've lost our identity in culture, in the rhythm of life, in social media. Lord, we have lost our identity in church and in ministry in the busyness of life. We have lost our identity because we have conformed to what the world has said and what culture has said and what the historical events have done. And Lord, help us to break out of that old mold. Lord, we want restoration, we want restoring. Lord, will you restore this body? Will you restore this mind? Will you restore our life? Lord, we believe the best is before
us. And right now, Lord, I believe Isaiah 43 verse 1 is for every one of us. Fear not, for I have redeemed you, I have called you by name. You are mine. Father, I thank you that we have redemption, that we have hope, that we have the love of God. Lord, that we are not
gonna live and we are not gonna bounce the same historical bounce. Lord, we pray, dear God, that you will get us off the trampoline, dear God, of the rhythm of the character that the world wanted us to be. Because, Lord, we can't live according to the character of what the world wants us to be. Lord, we gotta find our identity again. Lord, we have lost ourselves in family, we've lost ourselves in work, we've lost ourselves in ministry, we've lost ourselves in in worry, in doubt, in panic, we've lost ourselves in relationships, we've lost ourselves in culture. Lord, we've lost ourselves in business, in work, in it, Lord. We have lost ourselves, and Lord, I pray that you will re renew and restore this identity. God help
us. I believe God is restoring all the years that the locust has eaten. I believe that there is restoration, and restoration is found only in God and God alone, and God is restoring you wherever you are, from London to France, from France to Brazil, from Brazil to Portugal, from Portugal to Finland, wherever you are, the glory of God is over your life, and whatever battles, whatever insecurities, and whatever experiences that you have gone through, I pray that each and every one of us will just let go of history. Let go of history. Father, as we back out of this prayer, help me, help us to let go of historical events because Lord, we don't want the history to define us anymore. Lord, we don't want those words and those labels to define our future. Lord, we want to move forward in power. So, Lord Jesus, restore our identity in the greatest name in heaven and earth. Lord, cut the shackles, cut the shackles to historical stuff, and Lord, let us walk in new beginnings. I believe you're walking in new beginnings. I believe God is cutting the chain of history. I believe God is cutting the umbilical cord to history. I believe the shackles are gone. I believe you're walking freely. Trust in Jesus for a new beginning.
