Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, love, and strength. If you've got that prayer request, you can email us at info at dailyprayer.uk wherever you are today. Thank you to listening on RB Christian Radio. If you're on a school run, may God give you strength. If you're on a commute run, oh my lord, if you're in work, hallelujah, Jesus.
Whatever you are doing, whatever your time zone is around the world, we are gonna pray, Jesus, remind me who I am in you. Sisters and brothers, it's really, really important that we know who we are in Christ. Who are we in the Word of God? Who does God say we are? We're not interested in what the world says we are because the world will pull us down, the world will drop us, the world will leave us hanging. Sisters and brothers, do not put all your weight on your social media friends. Do not put all your weight on your church buddies, do not put all your weight on the ones at work because trust me, people will drop you as quick as you can click your fingers. Do not trust me, do not trust the world, do not trust ministers, do not trust the church. If everything in life, you know what I'm saying here in prayer, we gotta trust Jesus Christ more than anything. Find out who we are. I will fail you, the world will fail you, everything fails except Jesus Christ. So find out who we are in Jesus. Don't listen to social
media. Father, in the name of Jesus. I come to you now and at this hour, Jesus, remind me who I am in you. Father, you tell us who we are. Lord, you tell us that we are blessed and highly favored, wonderfully and fearfully made. And nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. But Lord, the world wants to separate us. The world wants to ostracize us. Father, the world, social media wants to navigate and tell us what to do. Lord, the line manager, dear God, is barking up our tree all day long. Father, we got the lions, dear God, at work. Father, we got the bears of life around us, and everyone is trying to tell us who we are. Father, I can't live to the names that the world tells me. Lord, I can't live according to how they want me to live. Lord, I gotta live in freedom. And the Bible says, you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. Father, we come to you right now and we need you. Lord, we understand through the word of God that we are redeemed, that we are blessed and highly favored.
And Father, through the beautiful book of Isaiah 43, verse 1, fear not. I have redeemed you, I have called you by name. You are mine. Father, I thank you from the battlefield of life to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the school run, from the school run to the coffee run, from the coffee run to the scaffold of life, from the scaffold to the death, from the death to the golf course, from the golf course to the hoover, wherever we are on the treadmill of life, whatever we are doing, Father, we are not gonna live according to the rhythm of what the world calls us. Lord, we're not gonna live by what the world thinks we are. Lord, we're gonna live according to the freedom of Jesus Christ. And right now, Jesus, remind us who we are in you. Lord, we're blessed. We're rich in Christ Jesus. Lord, we're children of the living God. We're not who the world says we are, Lord. We're not gonna live our lives by what was or what how I used to be. Lord, we're gonna live by the word of God, and we are free. Lord, I thank you that you call us by name, that you love us, that you never leave us nor forsake us. You have not left us as orphans. Father, the world leaves us as orphans, the social media crowd just drops us. Father, everyone leaves us as an orphan, but Lord, in you, the world is temporary, but Jesus Christ is forever. Father, in the name of Jesus, from the battlefields of life, Holy Spirit, we pray that Isaiah 43 verse 1 fear
not, fear not. I have redeemed you, I have called you by name. Father, I thank you. As we pedal out, Jesus, remind me who I am in you. Never ever give up. Don't live according to what the world says about you, don't let the world dictate to you. Don't live according to what the culture says, what the colour says, what the situation says. Live according to what the Bible says about you. You are free. Who the sun sets free is free indeed. I'll catch you soon. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. Don't go too far. See you soon.
