Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Ralph and Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers with five minutes of faith, love, hope, and strength. If you've got that prayer request, you can email us to info at dailyprayer.uk. I will repeat myself, info at dailyprayer.uk. Wherever you are across this beautiful world, good evening, good morning, good afternoon, wherever the sun is setting on your life. But here live in London, England, it is 12 a.m.
And we're going to jump straight into prayer. We're going to go to the Gospel of John 16, verse 33. And the title of this prayer is Jesus, fight for my mind in the night. Spirit of the living God, at this unusual hour. Lord, as we gather, we pray that you will bring peace to our hearts. Lord, you tell us in the world we'll have trouble. Lord, that we'll be fighting for this and we'll be fighting for that. But Lord, in the kingdom of God, there is peace. So Lord, if we're trying to organize our mind, if we're dead, God, trying to find these compartments to put everything, Lord, will you bring peace to each and every one of us? You are the King of Kings and
the Lord of Lords. And Lord, at this unusual hour, at this heaviness, Lord, as we wrestle these silent battles, these inner storms, these outward storms, Lord, whatever is going on in our mind, Jesus, we call on the greatest name in heaven and earth. And Lord, every dark thought, every anxious thought, every uncertain moment in our lives. Father, I pray for anyone that feels fragile at this hour. Lord, break the monotony of life. Holy Spirit, whatever storm, whatever worry, whatever fear we're going through, Lord, the spiritual attack, Lord, the financial attack, Lord, the physical attack, whatever is going on in our lives at this hour, we pray that you'll bring light into our lives. Lord, light into the corridor of life. Spirit of the living God, I pray that these pots and pans won't clatter anymore, that we won't try and organize our lives, but Lord, that we will surrender to Jesus Christ. Lord, as the darkness comes in, Father, as the sun is rising on many people's lives, but Lord, right now at this hour, live here in London, England, we call on the greatest name in
heaven and earth. And Father, from London to America, from America to Kenya, from Kenya to Germany, Germany to the Philippines and to South Korea. Lord, this night fear, these spiritual attacks, Lord, the mind pressure, the pressure of the mind at this hour. Father, as panic starts to rise, Lord, the daily prayer, the midnight prayer, this hour, Lord, the emotional, dear God, warfare that's over our lives. Bring peace in the name of Jesus from the battlefield to the boardroom. Spirit of the living God, whatever our time zone is, will you lift us today? Will you carry us at this hour? Lord, you are Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nisi. Lord, sharpen us up, Lord. Father, sharpen us up in the mind, sharpen us up in the spirit, sharpen us up in our heart, Lord. Help us to stand strong when anxiety comes in like a roaring bear. Lord, when the bear, dear God, of anxiety and fear, tries to tear us down with noise and the pots and the pans in our head, dear God, that are just rattling from the day that has just bypassed. Father, in the name of Jesus, we come to you and we need the love of God because, Lord, we feel anxious at this hour. And Lord, we need peace in our heart. Father, every spiritual warfare situation we bring to the cross. We pray for those that are struggling with life, whatever it may be. But Jesus, at this hour, bring your presence, bring your love, bring your mercy, Father. We try to rest. Jesus, fight for my mind tonight, Holy Spirit.
Lord, you tell us in the beautiful book of Psalm 27, verse 1 the Lord is the light of my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Wherever you are across this world, the spirit of the living God is in your life from the battlefield to the boredroom. Jesus, fight for my mind at this hour. The Spirit of the Lord is
over you. God has your life in the palm of his hand. Never give up. I will catch you at the next prayer. Don't go too far.
