your spirit. It's not church we need, it's not religion we need. Hallelujah. Thank God I don't need church and I don't need religion. I need the kingdom of God. You are grafted into the vine. Nothing will separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. The Spirit of the Lord is with you. Never, ever, ever give up. Come on,
we're gonna pray. And what we're praying for, we're coming out of the book of Colossians 3, verse 15. Jesus, guard my mind. Guard my mind when I feel the beginning of overthinking. Holy Spirit, this is me. All the way, dear God, to the traps of life. Father, in the name
of Jesus, Lord, stop my overthinking. Holy Spirit, when we get tired, we overthink. Dear God, when we are spinning too many plates, Lord of life, we are overthinking. Lord, when we're at work and we're balancing life, we're balancing family, children, life, cutting the grass, making sure the home's clean, washing, ironing, hoovering. Lord, we have got too many things going on. Lord, I pray that you'll bring calmness. And Lord, I pray that that calmness, dear God, will permeate through our veins. That we will feel the love of God and the fire of Jesus Christ. Lord, I thank you that this is a new day. And I pray, dear God, that we let the peace of Christ rule in our hearts. Father, I want the peace of Christ. I want the love of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit to be with the listeners
wherever they are today. Lord, I want the listeners to feel that they got a new rhythm in their step. I want the listeners to feel, dear God, that they got a bit of swagger today about their life. Lord, everything is all right, that the Spirit of the Lord is over their lives. Lord, I pray, dear God, for confidence. I pray, dear God, that we won't overthink. I pray for emotional stability. Lord, and as we pray through this daily prayer, Lord, we are looking for peaceful clarity. Lord, I pray for our identity as well, that we know who we are in Christ Jesus. Because Lord, yesterday and our lives before has shaped us and tried to take our confidence and has taken our confidence, and Lord, it has knocked, dear God, our identity. And I pray, Lord, for every one of us, whoever is listening to the sound of my voice that feels they've lost their
identity as a human being, as a person. I pray right now, Lord, as we look to the cross of Calvary, Father, as culture has tried to drive our identity away. Lord, as we've been very robotic to the world in which we live, Father, we are not robots as you have created us. You tell us through the beautiful Old Testament, I knitted you together in your mother's womb. Lord, we are not on this earth just to comply to the pattern of number 10 Downing Street. Lord, we are here for the rhythm of heaven. And Lord, we want to hear the rhythm of heaven in our lives.
And from London here, right now, Lord, I pray from London to France, Ghana, Mexico, Norway, Pakistan, Israel, I pray that we will get a rhythm in our step. Lord, that the rhythm will be confidence, it will be boldness, it will be steadfast. Lord, I pray that you will remove arrogance, worry, doubt, and fear. But Lord, there be a holiness about us, dear God, that we will find that we got clean hands and a pure heart. Lord, that we walk in holy steps. Lord, you tell us that the Bible says that God orders our steps. So Lord, I pray that we will get in the rhythm of the scripture. Recalibrate our mind, recalibrate our thinking. Spirit of the living God, I pray that we will let peace, the peace of Christ, rule our hearts. Lord, come and take your place in
our lives. Lord, as you told Joshua in Joshua chapter 1, verse 7, be strong and very courageous. Let this be the day, Lord, that the Lord has made. Lord, help us to get in your presence. Help us to take our thought pattern away from the battle of the mind. Lord, the battle of life, the storms of life, the chaotic way of life. Bring peace. Lord, as we watch these news channels, as we are watching things unfold here in the UK and in America and the Ukraine and every place around the world. Father, we realize that we need Jesus, that we need the King. Holy Spirit, we need you. Father, I pray for everyone that is under the sound of my voice. That we will walk in the confidence of the word, that we will walk in the steadfastness of Jesus Christ's grace. That we will walk in the presence of the Holy Spirit, carrying the gifts of the Spirit and operating in the fruit. Come, Holy Spirit, bless us from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet.
Christ is with you. Never ever give up. And remember, be strong and very courageous for Jesus Christ. I will catch you at the next prayer. Don't go too far.
