The sun has risen. The sun might be thinking of dropping itself on us and each and every one of us wherever we are, but the sun has risen. Jesus Christ is alive. And I'm not talking about the current bun in the sky. I'm talking about the sun has risen. The sun, the king of kings and the lord of lords. Yes, the sun might be rising in your life. That orange thing that sticks up in the sky there, but I'm talking about the sun, the king of kings and the lord of lords. The sun has risen over our lives. The king is over our lives. Come on, let's
pray. What are we praying for today, Rev? We're praying, Jesus, hear me. Hear me where my heart feels heavy in the middle of the day. Right now, Lord, at the middle of the day. Father, as we look, dear God, as the complicated the way the world ticks. Father, I pray that we won't look at social media, we won't engage in the devil's playground. Lord, we won't look to what the world is doing, but we will look to what God is calling us to. So, Father, I pray right now, Lord, right now in the middle of the day, wherever we are, under the sound of my voice, Lord, I thank you that you have lifted the heaviness, you've lifted the fear. Lord, that we've got a rhythm in our step today. Lord, there is something different about the way we walk. There is something different, the way we hold ourselves. Shoulders back in the name of Jesus, Lord, we walk strong, we walk tall, not in our arrogance and not in pride, but we walk in the power of God. We walk in the rhythm of the scripture. We walk in boldness because the King is with us, the glory is with us. You are anointed and you are blessed and highly favored. The emotional strain
is going. The heart fatigue is going. Oh Jesus, right now, in the middle of the day, with all the pressures of work, the pressures of parenting, the prayer, pressures of retirement, the repress, the pressures of life, wherever we are, whatever pressure we are carrying and the heaviness, Lord, take it right now. Spirit of the living God, we believe that beautiful book of Psalms that you deploy angels concerning our lives, that they will lift us up in their hands so that we will not strike our foot against a rock. The Bible says that the steps of a good person are ordered by the Lord. Father, we know that our steps have been ordered. There is a plan over the listeners' lives. We believe that Jeremiah 29, 11, for I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to give you a hope in a future, not to harm you in any way. But the Bible says, if you follow me with all of your heart. Father, I want to follow you with all of my heart, with all my fiber, with all my skin, with all my bones, with every part of my DNA. Lord, from the crown of my head to the sole of my feet. Lord, we want to follow the rhythm of the Word of God. Lord, we want to follow the rhythm of Jesus. Lord, we want to walk, dear God, in power. We want to walk in authority. We want to walk in boldness. In boldness in Jesus. We want the world to know that we are Jesus followers. Not religious people, not churchgoers. Lord, we want to be known as Jesus Christ followers. People that stand out, brothers and sisters that stand out. Lord, I pray that we will let our light shine. Lord, that we will let our light shine in the dark places of life, in the workplace, in the home life, in the family situations. Lord, whatever storms, whatever rhythms we're going through, Jesus, hear my heart today. Lord, I thank you that we are grafted into the vine, that nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. I gotta tell you something.
The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. Lord, I thank you that you are the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through thee. So right now, Lord, in the beautiful book of Psalms 145, verse 18, the Lord is near to all who call on him. Father, we're calling to you now. The Lion of Judah, from the battlefield to the boardroom, from London to Italy, Jamaica, Sweden, Japan, and America. Holy Spirit, we're calling on the greatest name in heaven and earth. We're calling on Yahweh. We're calling on our God. We're calling on the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Lord, we want to walk in spirit. We want to walk in truth. We want to feel your grace and your mercy over our lives. Lord, thank you for healing. Thank you for the power of healing, physically, mentally, Lord, and those eras of our lives that have been bruised and battered. Lord, we believe in the grace of God. We believe, dear God, that we got confidence because we're in grace and we're in Christ, and we are blessed and highly favored, wonderfully and fearfully made according to
