Welcome And Global Greeting

SPEAKER_00

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, love, and strength. Whatever your time zone is, whatever nation you are living in, I believe in something that is so strong that the love of God will carry us wherever we are. The night time is closing in, the evening is closing in, whatever time zone you are around the world, as you capture the rhythm of this prayer time.

Prayer For Peace And Strength

SPEAKER_00

I pray that the love of God and the Holy Spirit will carry you wherever you are in the greatest name in heaven and earth. Father, I thank you that as we guard our hearts in mind in Christ Jesus, Lord, I pray that the rhythm of God will carry every listener, Lord, whatever their day has been today, whatever, dear God, that rhythm. Holy Spirit, I pray that you will bring peace to their home, peace to their family, peace to themselves. Lord, the workplace issues, the home situation, dear God, just the rhythm of life. Father, it is so tiring, Lord, being a human being. Lord, the thinking, the worrying, the doubts, all that sort of stuff. But Lord, I just pray right now for every heart that is with me. Lord, as evening closes in, may the Spirit of the Lord be with you. Thank you to everybody on RB Christian Radio. And we're going to pray for this. Jesus, guard my mind as the evening

closes in. Holy Spirit, it's been a battle today, Lord. Lord, we have been in the war zone of life. Father, we've been, dear God, in the boxing ring. And Lord, we've been on the ropes for most of the day. And Lord, we're exhausted. And Father, I pray, Lord, for all those emails that flood our lives, for all the texts that flood our lives, for all the pressures and the demanding way that the world puts on us. Lord, for every email, for every text, for every social media event, for every church activity, for all the rhythm of family life. Lord, that we will find a beautiful walk in Jesus Christ.

Psalm 121 And God’s Watchful Care

And wherever we are, from London to Ireland, Brazil, Kenya, Denmark, India, Holy Spirit, I pray that you will move right away through America and the love of God, holy God that you are. Come, Jesus. Lord, I thank you that the beautiful book of Psalms 121.7 is for you and is for me. Come on, let's lock shields together. Whatever the storms have been going on in your life, this is what the Lord is saying over your life and my life. The Lord will watch over you from all harm. He will watch over your life. Father, I thank you that you are watching over. But sometimes, Lord, it feels like Jesus, can I be real now, Lord? Holy Spirit, can I be real? With the pressure, dear God, of living, of moving, of coming out of the house, of getting in the rhythm of life. Sometimes, Lord, it feels really lonely. And sometimes I look up to the heavens and I say, Jesus, where are you, Lord? Jesus, where are you, Lord? And then suddenly, Father, I see the blue sky. Suddenly, Lord, I see the trees. I see the grass. I see nature. Suddenly, Lord, I realize you're everywhere. You're omnipresent. You're omnipotent. You are in all. You're about all. So, Lord, when I think those things, when the evening closes in on my

mind, and my mind cries out, God, where are you in my life? I see the moon from the window. I see the stars twinkling in the heavens above. Lord, and I I look at my hands and the way this body of ours moves and the way we work, Lord, you're everywhere. So Lord, I thank you that you are everywhere. But Lord, guard my mind as evening closes in on my thoughts. And Lord, you tell us through the beautiful book of Psalms 121.7, the Lord will keep you from all harm. Lord, I understand what it means to walk through the rhythm of the valley of the shadow of death. I know what it means. I've just got to keep walking because, as the psalmist says, it's a shadow. So Lord, there are many shadows over us, but Lord, a shadow cannot harm us. So Lord, as we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, now I understand what David mentions and what he means, Father, when he says, the Lord will keep you from all harm. It's just a shadow. It's just a mindset. So Holy Spirit, I pray, change our mindset. You tell us through the psalmist that you will watch over our lives. And Lord, we know that you are watching over us. Lord, you're

over us, you're in us, you're around us. You brought us in. And Lord, I thank you that our hearts belong to you. Holy Spirit, Lord, wherever we are at this moment in time, from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the field of life, dear God, I pray right now that you will guide our steps. Holy Spirit, bring peace today wherever we are. Don't go too far. I'll catch you at the next prayer.
