You know, may the glory and may the love of God be over you. It is 10 p.m. live here in London, England. What's your day been like? Good morning, good evening, and good
afternoon. Whenever you listen to the rhythm of these prayers, it doesn't actually matter what time you listen, it's that we're engaging together. It doesn't matter if you binge listen, it doesn't matter if you listen to the full nine in one strike, it doesn't matter if you lift listen just to one or two as and when, but you know we are praying together. That's the most important thing. That we are praying together. I don't know who you are, where you are across the world, but at least the Bible says I can't be with you in bodily form, but I'm with you in spirit. So let's join. Let's lock in right now. And what are we gonna join together in? What do you mean, Ben? In what spirit? I mean in the spirit of the Lord, in the spirit of the King, in the spirit of the Holy Spirit that is in your life, and the Holy Spirit that is in my life. Do you know that you're filled with the Holy Spirit? Do you know that you are a Bible-believing believer? But then I hear the roar of yourself saying, But I don't really read much and I don't get to church. That's okay. Because God is in your life. It's what we call the seasons, the journey of life. So let's just believe, because that's all Jesus says. Be a Jesus follower.
And we're gonna pray and we're gonna pray that the Lord will open up the word to us and this prayer time together. Jesus, bring peace to my mind and quieten my mind at this hour. Father, we thank you for the day. And Lord, wherever we are right now, from London to Switzerland, Zimbabwe, Canada, Peru, South Korea,
China, Lord, wherever we are dotted across this world, Lord, I pray for emotional calm. I pray for the gentleness of the scripture. I pray, dear God, for this evening devotional time and this daily prayer time. I thank you for peaceful thoughts. Yes, Lord. Bring peaceful thoughts. Let me feel the rhythm. Let me feel your love. Let me feel let us, we, whoever we are, whatever tribe, whatever colour, whatever language we speak, wherever we are, Lord, I pray that we won't allow culture to shape us, that we won't allow number 10 Downing Street to shape us. We won't allow religion and denominational shaping. We won't allow
the rhythm of the world. But Lord, we won't conform to the pattern of the world. But Lord, we will walk in the rhythm of Scripture. So Lord, I pray at this hour, Lord, as we lie down in peace and as we get ready to sleep, we believe that we are not alone. Wherever we are, as the sun rises, as the sun sets, Lord, wherever we are on whatever hour it is, Lord, from the battlefields and from the four seasons of life, Lord, from the complicated way life is at this moment, Lord, we believe that the Lion of Judah is leading us. We believe that the scripture is taking care of our lives. And
Lord, sometimes, Lord, we feel quite empty. Sometimes we feel quite scared because of the wasteland of the mind. Lord, the this area of the mind, the thinking, the overthinking, the over-engineering of every situation. So Lord, we pray for complete peace at this hour. We pray that the love of God will descend on every listener right now, that they will capture the rhythm of Jesus. They will capture the rhythm of the Holy Spirit. Lord, lift the tension, lift the fear. Come, Jesus. Lord, I thank you that we're grafted into the vine. Lord, I pray for anyone that is suffering with restlessness, insomnia, whatever it may be, Lord, bring peace. Lord, take away those racing thoughts, the worry of life, the worry of money, the worry of living, the worry of dying, the worry of breathing, health anxieties, Lord, social anxieties. Remove the tension, dear God, of just being a human being. May the Spirit of the Lord carry you, whatever your time zone is, wherever you are. I pray that the love of God right now, the love of God will just radiate in your heart.
Just let go of everything. Just let go of everything. You've got a tight grip on all of your life. You're trying to control everything. We are trying to control everything. We're trying to find the missing piece of the puzzle. And Jesus is just saying this. Trust me. Trust me. Just give me everything in your life. But Lord, how do I do this? Just by the power of speech. So, Lord, as we pedal out of this prayer, Lord, take my baggage, take my thoughts, take my worries, my fears. And Lord, I thank you that we are grafted into the vine and nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. I will catch you at the next prayer. God bless.
