But we are at the 11th hour here live in London, England, and we pray that the love of God will carry you. What sort of day you had? Is your day still continuing? Have you just got in the front door and just thrown yourself on the sofa and uh what are you doing with your life? What is going on? Whatever is going on in my heart, your heart, in our lives.
Let's get to the word of God. Let's just take a few moments to say, Lord, declutter me. Unravel me, Lord, because I feel very gritty. Lord, unravel me, Lord, Jesus, because Lord, I feel agitated. Holy Spirit, as we pray this prayer, Jesus, fill my tomorrow with hope so I can trust. Holy Spirit, fill my tomorrow with hope. But my present right now, Jesus, I want you, dear God, to unravel the tension within. I want you to unravel my mind. I want you to unravel, dear God, all these thoughts, this overthinking, this over-engineering
life. Lord, trying to always find the missing puzzle piece. Lord, we're searching everywhere for the missing puzzle piece. Lord, we're looking under the table of life. Lord, we're looking over in the that part of life. We're looking on social media, we're looking, dear God, in work. We're looking for the puzzle piece that is missing. That puzzle piece is the presence of Jesus. And I'm not saying Jesus is not with us. What I am saying is we just call. But Lord, my mind, Lord, is is is taking me to a strange place. I'm looking in materialism, I'm looking on social media, I'm looking at work, I'm trying to climb the career ladder, I'm trying to push myself through. I'm climbing the ivory tower, I'm climbing the ladder of life, and Lord, that puzzle piece is you. And all I've got to do is just surrender because Lord, you tell me, come to me, all of you that are weary and heavily laden, and you will give us rest. So right now, Lord, you are the father of Isaac, Jacob, and Abraham. And I pray, dear God, wherever we are, Lord, right now, from London to America, Brazil, South Africa, India, the storms, dear God. Lord, the storms, dear God, of are blowing, dear God, this puzzle piece all over the place, Lord. And we're searching everywhere. And the storms and the battles
that we're in. Lord, we feel windswept. We feel like, dear God, the rain of life. We feel saturated with so much rain. Lord, we feel overwhelmed with the seasons and the storms. And Lord, we're always chasing the puzzle, the puzzle of career, the puzzle piece of life. Dear God, we're always scrolling on social media, looking for that puzzle of hope, looking for that place, that peace, dear God, because our jigsaw of our life is missing. Lord, not missing your presence, not missing your love, because that's there. It's my mind that makes it up. Holy Spirit, bring my mind to the word right now, Lord. You are Alpha and Omega. You are, dear God, always with us. But Lord, I'm always chasing the puzzle piece. I'm always looking for that last piece of life when really you're in the skin that we walk in. But really, you're with us, and Lord, all I've got to do is look at the word of God, and suddenly I will find the puzzle will be completed. The conundrum, the issue, the doubt, the fear. So, Lord, get me in the word because Lord, I want this puzzle to be completed. Because Lord, we've been chasing this missing piece, and you've always been within us, just as Philip said to the face of Jesus, show us the way to the Father. And Jesus said, I'm standing before you, Philip. I am the Father. Philip said, In the front and in the right beginning of Christ, right at the front of the queue, Jesus and Philip were speaking, and Philip said to Jesus, We don't know where you're going. Show us the Father. And Jesus said, The Father is with you, Philip. Brothers and sisters, we often don't recognize the presence of
Jesus in our lives because we're chasing the puzzle piece. He says, I'm standing before you. I will never leave you nor forsake you. So, Lord, as we pedal out this prayer, our prayer is this, Lord, help me to rest in the holy scriptures of God. May the Spirit of the Lord carry you. Jesus is before you, and Jesus is before me. Wherever you are through the storms of life, never give up. I'll catch you at the next prayer.
