to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, love, and strength. Do Not Be Anxious: Philippians 4:6

in Jesus Christ. And he's telling us through the beautiful book of Philippians 4, verse 6 do not be anxious about anything. Whatever you are worried about, whatever you are fearful about, let's get it to the cross. It's so easy to say, yes, let's come to the cross to Calvary. But how do we do

Prayer As Simple Conversation

SPEAKER_00

this? It is through the power of conversation, and that conversation is known as prayer. We're just gonna pray, whether you're driving, whether you're just waking up, whatever you are doing in your life, just mooching around the house, just laying there in bed on the sofa, you know, scrolling on the social medias, whatever you are doing right now, the power of prayer and prayer is conversation, it is words, and it is very, very easy. Yes, sometimes we feel like we can't pray. That's because we are weary and we are tired. And let's just have that conversation with Jesus. Let's just have that conversation with God and the Holy Spirit. Just like you'd have a conversation at work, at home with your family, your friends, your brothers, your sisters. Just keep speaking, just keep speaking wherever you go, just keep speaking because that is prayer. It's not about getting in in a religious box, it's not about doing this and doing that, it's about speaking, just speaking to the Father, to the Son, to the Holy Spirit, and let's speak to the Father right now. And we're coming out in the beautiful book of Philippians 4, verse

Praying Across Time Zones

6. Jesus, quiet my thoughts when worry wakes me in the early hour. Father, wherever we are gathering, we're praying, dear God, for such an outpouring of your spirit. And Lord, teach us to pray, teach us to pray, but Lord also show us how not to be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God. Holy Spirit, we come to you at this early door. And Father, we thank you that wherever we are, from London, dear God, all the way to Canada, from Canada, Brazil, India, South Africa, Australia, Lord, we're praying for the love of Jesus. Lord, we want to be able to speak freely. Lord, we don't want, dear God, to hold anything in because you see all things, you're about all things. And we come to you, Lord, and at this hour, Lord, it is early, Lord, we're tired, we're not sleeping, Lord. We're bouncing in and out of sleep, Lord. We've got a lot of things on our mind, and we bring the worries and the doubts and the fears to the cross of Calvary. And we say, Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Holy Spirit, that the book of Philippians 4, 6 is for each and every one of us. And you tell us not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and partition, Lord, with the prayer we come to you, with the thanksgiving we come to you, with the hope

Casting Cares Amid Life’s Noise

we come to you. And right now, Lord, we thank you that the power of God and the love of Jesus Christ is over our lives, Lord, and as we walk through the day, as we walk through the night, Lord, as we just rest at this hour, wherever we are, we pray that the rhythm of God, the rhythm of the Holy Spirit will take us to that place. But right now, Lord, help us to cast our cares onto the Lord because you sustain us. Help us to bring everything to the cross, Lord. Help us to get everything in our lives. Father, help us to get everything lined up and to get it at the cross of Calvary. But Lord, there is a lot of noise in our lives. Lord, there is a lot of noise at work. There is a lot of noise at home. There is a lot of family drama. Lord, there is a lot of work drama, school drama, life drama, social media, Lord, emails and texts, Lord, just the rhythm of life. Father, I pray for any one of us, anyone, dear God, that is going through health issues, that you'll strengthen us. Any one of us that is going through fear, you'll strengthen us. But at this hour, Lord, will you calm our thoughts now in the name of Jesus? Will you bring peace to our hearts, Father, from the battlefields of life to the storms of life, to every situation wherever we are across the world? Lift the heaviness, lift the fear, lift the doubt. But Jesus, I pray that you will keep us close. Keep us close, Lord, to the rhythm of the word of God. Lord, I pray, Lord, that we will find the time and the energy to open up the word of God and to pray through. And we thank you for the beautiful book of Philippians 4, 6.

Hold To Peace And Never Give Up

SPEAKER_00

Do not be anxious about anything. God is telling me and you do not be anxious. Let's get to the cross. Father, help me get to the cross of Calvary. May the Spirit of the Lord be with you wherever you are, whatever your time zone is, Jesus Christ is in your life. Never give up. I'll catch you soon. God bless.
