There is no human voice, there is no weather, there is no travel, and there is no human being but the Spirit of the Living God. Father, I thank you for every listener. Whatever your name is, whatever your life is reflecting right now in the middle of the day, at the middle of the night, at the middle of the morning, as the roaster starts to crow, get up for work. Lord, I don't want to get up for work in the name of Jesus.
Come on, let's rise, let's get out of that pit. Let's kick the duvet off. Let's walk strong. Let's get to work. Let's get to school. Let's get to life. Come on, let's rise on wings as of eagles. All things are possible to those who believe. God, put joy in my spirit. Lord, put hope in my heart. Come on, Jesus, fire us up today. Lord, we need you. Let's pray. What are we going to pray for, Rev? Jesus, let my heart be renewed with joy today.
Holy Spirit, Lord, we pray right now, wherever we are bouncing on the rhythm of the trampoline of life, Father, I pray that we won't get absorbed by the crowd. Lord, that we won't just become that number, that commuter number. We won't just become that, Lord, in working in that environment. Lord, for those that are working in the ivory towers, I pray, dear God, that we won't get absorbed into the culture, dear God, that is on the walls. Father, we won't get caught in the culture of the straplines of what the CEO says. Lord, that we won't get caught in the culture of what culture says, that we won't get caught at school what's written on the walls. Lord, we won't get caught in the wording of the world, but Lord, that we will get caught in the word of God. And Lord, we will tell the world around us, I got the joy of the Lord. My heart is being renewed today. Father, I pray that we won't get caught in the rhythm of work, the rhythm of life, the rhythm, dear God, the bounce on the trampoline of monotony. Father, I pray today, Lord, that we will get off that trampoline, Father, and we will just, dear God, walk strong in the name of Jesus. Father, Lord, that we won't hang around in the crowd. We won't get caught up in that socialization. We won't get caught up in that work situation. We won't get caught in the way of the world. We won't get absorbed into the news channels. We won't get absorbed to what's happening in certain parts of the world. But Lord, we will, dear God, the Holy Spirit will draw us deeper into the kingdom of God. That we
will walk in power. We will walk in authority. We will walk in the strength of our God. And Jesus, lift our hearts, renew that joy in my heart today. Lord, I thank you for the word of God. I believe that the psalmist is speaking directly to us today. May my flesh and my heart might fail. But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. My flesh and my heart may foul according to the word of God. But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Father, I thank you that you are the strength of our heart, that you are our portion forever. And Lord, as that beautiful writer of Romans so beautifully writes, Father, Lord, Romans 15, verse 13, may the joy and may the God of all hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him. Father, I want to walk in hope. And Lord, I thank you, dear God, that you're filling us with hope and the power of the Holy
Spirit. Lord, from the battlefields to the school run, from the scored run to the ivory towers, from the ivory towers to the gym, to the treadmill of life, to the treadmill of the gym. Lord, to the bus stop, to the commute run, to the coffee run to the school run. Lord, as we're walking around the shops now, just filling up the trolley. Oh Holy Spirit, I pray right now at the homemakers, bless the homemakers, all those at a work. Father God, just come in your full glory. Lord, whoever we are, wherever we are, we pray that the love of Jesus Christ will be so strong. But Jesus, lift my heart and renew that joy within us today. Lord, we thank you for miracles. There is power in the name of Jesus. Wherever you are across this earth, the Spirit of the Lord
is over you. Never give up. The battles, the storms, the rugby filled of life, the trials of life. Holy Spirit, carry us today. The joy of the Lord be your strength today. I will see you in two. God bless.
