Welcome And Setting The Tone

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, love, and strength wherever you are across this beautiful world. Thank you for staying with me with my croaky old voice at this moment in time. I am pushing through in the name of Jesus. I believe I am healed. I'm sorry for the pronunciation. I'm sorry that my speech is different at this moment in time. But the Lord is with each and every one of us. But come on, let's press through. Thank you for your shares. Thank you for everything. Thank you to everybody on RB Christian Radio. Listen to pure worship at this hour, wherever you are

across this world. Let's never ever give up. Let's press into the word of God. Do we believe in healing? Yes. Do we believe in the word of God? Yes, Lord. Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for every listener that is under the sound of this croaky voice. I pray for everyone right now that they will be healed, that they will feel the love of God and the power and the tangible presence of Jesus Christ. Father, Lord, as we jump into Psalm 23, verse 2, I pray that the fire of God and the latter-day rain will fall over this studio, over the airways, over every sister, over every brother, that the anointing of God will carry them, whatever their hour is, whatever their time zone is. Father, we thank you that the word of God is yes and amen. Father, come in your full

glory. Brothers and sisters, we are in Psalm 23, verse 2, and the title of this prayer is Jesus: Bring rest to my spirit as this day begins. Holy Spirit, Father, this is a new day. This is a new beginning. Lord, I thank you through the beautiful book of Psalms 23, verse 2. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside quiet waters. Father, the pots and pans of life. Lord, the rhythm of the world. Father, the noise and the clutter of social media. Lord, it's giving us brain ache. Lord, the world is making us feel very gritty and very uncertain. Lord, the noise of the world is making us feel uncomfortable. Lord, we can't live to the rhythm of the world. Lord, the political gender, Lord, the social media agenda. Lord, the cultural, every area of life. Father, we don't want to live according to that rhythm. Lord, we want to get beside quiet waters. But Lord, you tell us that you lead us to green pastures. So Father, right now, we surrender ourselves to you. Lord, we get that Bible open today, Lord, and we read Psalm 23. Lord, we rest in the Word of God. And

this is what Psalm 23, verse 2 says. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside quiet waters. Oh God, I thank you that you are leading us right now. That the love of God is over our lives. And Father, wherever we are, from the battlefield to the field of life, to every situation, dear God, to the pots and the pans, the rattles and the noises. Holy Spirit, we believe in the fire of God. But Jesus, bring rest to my spirit as this new day begins.

Led To Green Pastures

Jesus, I pray as we're on the school run, as we're on the commute run, as we're in life, whatever we are doing through the circle of life, Spirit of the Living God, I pray that you will carry these bones, that you will carry each and every one of us, that we will feel the fire, the power, the anointing of God over our lives. But Lord, I pray that as we, dear God, jump into Matthew 11, 28. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, I will give you rest. Lord, we need rest. Lord, you gotta take us, dear God, to the cross. And Lord, you've got to hold us at the cross. And I pray for

all those that feel weary and tired today, exhausted through the storms, through the battlefields of life. May the Spirit of the Lord be over you. This is what the psalmist says. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters. Holy God, Spirit of the Living God, take us, carry us,

anoint us. May the glory, may the power of God be over you wherever you are, from London to Brazil, from Spain to India to Canada. The glory and the anointing of God is over your life. Let's never give up. There is fire over you, there is anointing over you. I will catch you soon. Don't ever give up. I'll see you shortly. God bless. Take care.
