Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, love, and strength. If you've got a prayer request, you can email us to the studio, which is info at dailyprayer.uk. And wherever you are listening to the sound of this croaky voice, the spirit of the Lord is over each and every one of us. Come on, we're gonna pray.
We're still in the book of Psalms, we're in the prayers of David. There is power in the greatest name in heaven and earth. And however you feel, if you feel run down, if you feel scared and worried, come on, let's get each other to the cross of Calvary. You are not alone. You have the fire of God, you have the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and there are angels concerned over your life because God has deployed angels over your life. The Spirit of God is with you wherever you are right now, whatever your battle looks like, whatever your life is reflecting. I want to tell you that the battle belongs to the Lord, and God is strengthening you, and God is restoring you.
It's not the church we need, it's not religion we need, it's not me that we need, it is the power of God, it is the spirit of the living God, and you have the deity in the skin that you walk in. Come on, let's get going.
Jesus, restore my soul and strengthen my day. Lord, today, Lord, strengthen our bones, strengthen our voice, strengthen our vision, strengthen us, Lord. I pray right now that Jesus, will you give us that inner strength this morning? Lord, as the sun is rising as we kick the duvet off, dear God, in the name of Jesus. Lord, we pull our trousers up, we put the skirt on, we put our jacket on, we put the shirt, the blouse on, Lord. Father, we put our shoes on, we put our makeup on, put the lipstick on, Lord. We comb our hair, and Lord, we are ready for the arena of life. And Jesus, restore my soul and strengthen us for the day that lies ahead. Spirit of the living God, we call on the greatest name in heaven and
earth. And Lord, we hold in Psalm 23, verse 3, He restores my soul, He guides me along the righteous path for His namesake. Father, we thank you that everything is for the sake of the name of Jesus Christ. We thank you that we belong to Yahweh. We thank you that we belong to the God of Israel. We thank you that we are grafted into the vine. And Lord, I thank you that your hand is over all of our lives. Lord, we want to hear the rhythm of God. We want to feel the power of Jesus. We want to fill the Holy Spirit. Lord, fill the skin in which we walk in. Father, fill us up so our cup runneth
over. Lord, if we're on the ropes, Father God, if we're on the but in the boxing ring and on the ropes of life, Father, I thank you that these gloves belong to you. Lord, we're not fighting. Lord, because the battle belongs to the Lord. Father, we're not responding to the email. We're not responding to the text. Lord, we're not going to engage, dear God, into the messages on social media. Lord, we're not going to allow ourselves to drop down that slippery path. Lord, we're going to rise on wings as of eagles. And today, you are restoring that soul. You are restoring our
hearts. And Father, wherever we are, from London all the way to Chile, Portugal, India, South Africa, Lord, if we're on the ropes of life, Father, I pray right now that you will sustain us, that you will carry us. Lord, strengthen us from within. Help us to rise. Lord, give us strength in the bones. Father, I thank you that it is the power of the Holy Spirit that is over our lives. We believe in miracles right now, from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet. We are healed. Lord, you are leading us in paths of righteousness. You are restoring our bodies. You're restoring our lives.
Father, right now, from the battlefield to the school run, from the school run to the bus stop, from the bus stop to doing the shopping. Lord, as we are around that supermarket right now, throwing the food in the trolley, Lord, we sing the name of Jesus. Lord, as we're on the scaffold at work, we're singing the greatest name in heaven and earth. Lord, as we drive the van, the truck, the car, the aircraft, as we commute across the world. Father, as we sit indoors, as we dear God on the coffee run, on the school run, from the battlefield to the Passover table, I gotta tell you right now, the kingdom of God is in your life. Every promise through the word of God is coming to fulfillment in your life. God loves you. Never ever give
up. As we pedal out, we're in Psalm 23, verse 3. Jesus, restore my soul and strengthen my day. Hallelujah, Jesus. I will catch you in two.
