Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself forever Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, love, and strength. If you've got a prayer request, you can email us to the studio which is infotdailyprayer.uk. That is info at dailyprayer.uk. Thank you for your love, your shares, your cares, wherever you are, across the world, and thank you for standing with me with this crooked voice I've had for the last few days. It is on its way out. Thank you, Jesus. Hallelujah. But come on, we're gonna
pray. What we're praying, we are praying out of Psalm 23, verse 1. Jesus, shepherd my heart and surround my life with your peace. Father, in the name of Jesus, Lord, we come to the cross of Calvary, Lord, at this hour, at the midnight hour. Lord, we come to the cross after a crazy day, Lord, after a crazy day at work, at home, with the children, whatever's been going on. Lord, we just come to the cross at this gentle hour and we say, Thank you, Holy Spirit. Jesus, be my shepherd, calm my thoughts, protect us. We thank you for Psalm 23, Psalm 91. Lord, we thank you that there is love in the name of Jesus Christ. There is protection in the shepherd. Father, we thank you that Jesus Christ is the good shepherd. And as we come to you right now, whatever the hour is, whatever the time zone is, whatever culture, whatever tribe, whatever tongue, whatever language we speak, we believe. We
believe in miracles. So right here, dear God, live from London, England, all the way to Brazil, India, South Africa, and Portugal, Lord, we pray that the Lord will just lead us. Father, whatever day has brought our way, whatever the hour, dear God, is happening to us right now, I pray that we will find comfort in the arms of Christ. And Lord, we believe, as the psalmist wrote, the prayers of David, Psalm 23, verse 1, the Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. Father, I thank you that we lack nothing, that our lives are in the palm of your hand. And whatever's gone on today at work, at school, Father, from the battlefields to the boardroom, to the field of life, to every situation that we
face. Father, we thank you that the prayer of protection through Psalm 91, verse 4 is over our lives. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge. His faithfulness will be your shield and your rampart. The Father of God, the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit is over your life. Jesus Christ is with you wherever you are at this moment. Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. And right now, Lord, in these quiet moments, Father, bring rest, dear God, to our hearts. Lord, take the heaviness wherever we are scattered from the battlefield to the boardroom to the field of life. Lord, we believe in miracles. We believe in the power of God. We believe in the Holy Spirit.
But right now, Lord, we pray that the love of God, the Spirit of God, and the Holy Spirit, Lord, will just move in our lives. Lord, we believe in miracles. But right now, at this hour, Lord, we thank you, dear God and Heavenly Father, that you are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And I pray, dear God, that you will move in our spirit, our heart, our mind, and our body and our soul. But whatever's going on in our lives, Lord, we believe in miracles. But right now, Lord, wherever we are across this world, from the battlefield to the boardroom, Father, just carry us. Jesus, be that shepherd. Lord, we thank you that we lack nothing through Psalm 23. But right now, Lord, we let your love and your mercy pour out over each and every one of us. Guide us, we pray, Lord. Father, I thank you for every listener that's with me right now. Bless them from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet. I will catch you in two. God bless you.
