Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Van Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, love, hope, and strength. If you've got that prayer request, please email us to the studio, which is info at dailyprayer.uk. And thank you to everybody that supports
this ministry. This is a listener-funded ministry, and you can support this by buy us a coffee just by £3 a month using the show notes below. Wherever you are, don't go too far. Let's stay in for the last four minutes
of today. As we gather around the Word of God for prayer, we're going to trust in Jesus Christ. And what we're going to trust in Him for, we're going to trust this. Jesus, fill my tomorrow with peace, hope, and long life in
your presence. Holy Spirit, as we come to you at this hour, Lord, as we rest in the arms of Christ, Lord, it's been a long old day. Lord, it's been a long old week. It's Lord, it's been a long old life. Lord, we've lived our life in the valley of the shadow of death. Lord, we've we've seen some things we shouldn't have seen. We've experienced stuff we shouldn't have experienced. And Lord, I thank you for the cross of Calvary. Lord, will you help us? Will you help us at this hour? Will you, dear God, help us, dear God, to rest in your presence? Holy Spirit, we believe. We believe in the power of God. And right now, Lord, as the night, dear God, is in full stretch.
Lord, as the moon is rising very clearly here live in London, England, as the sun is rising on the other side of the world, Father, wherever we are geographically, I pray that the love of God and the Spirit of the Lord will just rest over our bones. And right now, Lord Jesus, fill my tomorrow with peace, hope, and long life in your presence. And Father, I thank you for Psalm 91, verse 16. With long life will I show him and show him my salvation.
Father, it is that simple. Help me, dear God, not to get caught in church. Help me not to get caught in religion. Help me not to get caught in the way, dear God, of the Razmatazz of the world. Lord, I don't want to bounce in the rhythm of the world. Lord, I want to see my Redeemer. Lord, I thank you that because He lives, I can face tomorrow. And whatever my time zone is, whatever the situation is, Lord, from the battles of today to the field of life today, Father, all the way to the Passover table. Father, I thank you that you never reject any one of us. Lord, you didn't reject, dear God, Judas Iscaria at the Passover table. Lord, I thank you that you never reject any one of us. And we come to you right now, the prodigal sons, the prodigal sisters, Lord, we return to the Father's heart. Lord, we're not worried about church. We're not worried about religion. Lord, it's the Father's heart that we're craving. It is the Father's presence. Lord, it is the Father, our Father in heaven. Father, will you steady this heart? Lord, as the Sunday God has clearly gone across the UK.
Lord, as the moon is rising out of the studio window. Lord, I pray, as we have been watching rain falling like never before. From the battles that we've been going through to the worries and the fears that we carry. Lord, will you extract them from our lives? Jesus, fill my tomorrow with peace, hope, and long life. Lord, we want your presence. We want your mercy. We need your saving grace. Lord, whatever our time zone is, wherever we are, when we kick the duvet off or whether we're pulling the duvet on, Lord, I pray that the Spirit of the Lord will lead us. May God
cover you today. May the Holy Spirit lead you today, wherever you are, all the way from Brazil to London, from London to Dallas to Durban to South Africa, to the battlefield to the Passover table, to the bed to the commute, from the commute to the school run. Wherever you are, Jesus Christ will not leave you, and he will certainly not forsake you. Jesus Christ loves you. The Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. He's with you. You've got the deity in your life.
Never give up. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. We will catch you at 12 a.m. Don't go too far. God bless. See you soon.
