We're going to jump straight into prayer. We're in Psalm 91. We're gently pressing through this beautiful Psalm, Psalm 91, wherever you are, scattered across the world. Thank you to listening to RB Christian Radio and everybody that is in the archives of these podcasts that we've been doing in daily prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper. There is so much stuff in the back library. Please have a listen, have a download. But wherever you are, the love of God is over your life. And Jesus Christ is restoring. He is our refuge, he is our strength at this dark hour. You know, when fear tries to stir us, when fear and overthinking tries to capture our mind, the love of God is over each
and every one of us. But without further ado, let's get straight in to prayer. Father, we thank you for the listeners across the world. And we pray right now, Lord, that the love of God will be over everyone's heart at this hour, whatever the time zone is, whatever the situation is, whatever the battle, the external battles, the internal battles, the external storms, the raging sea of life, Father God, the internal storms, the turmoil, the worries, the fears, the doubts. And Lord, not to forget the joy times. Lord, we thank you for those joyous moments, those glimmers, dear God, when we see the sun rise in our life again. But Lord, as the sun is setting on our lives right now, as the sun might be rising across the other side of the world, Father, we believe in the power of the Holy Spirit. And Lord, will you get us to the cross of Calvary? Lord, we thank
you for the beautiful book of the prayers of David, Psalm 91. And Jesus, be my refuge. Jesus, be my refuge when dark hours stir fear in my soul. Lord, I pray at these dark hours, at these lonely moments, dear God, as these moments of deep thinking, as these moments, dear God, of almost meditating on what has happened in our past. Father, we pray that you will erase the past from our minds, all the stuff, all the situations. Father, we want to leave the baggage at this dark hour. We want to leave the baggage of yesterday. We want to leave the baggage of history at the cross of Calvary. Lord, we know that, dear God, when Jesus said it is finished, it was finished. And Lord, I carry stuff right up to my now. And Lord, I pray right now that Jesus will be my refuge when darkness starts to creep into my life, when the dark hours start to unfold, and Father fear starts and tries to stir my spirit and my soul. I thank you for the love of Jesus.
Wherever we are across this world, from London all the way to Brazil, from Brazil to America, from America to India, from India all the way to Cape Verde. Lord, we believe in the love of God. The Spirit of the Lord is over our lives. And Lord, we want to rest in Psalm 91, verse 2. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge, my fortress, my God in whom I trust. Lord, wherever we are scattered across this beautiful earth, Lord, we believe that God is leading our lives. We believe that there is power. We believe that there is breakthrough. We believe right now that we hear the voice, the beautiful voice of the Word of God. Lord, I ask you that we will open up the scripture. Lord, that we will rest in Psalm 91. And Lord, that we will pray Psalm 91 right the way through. Lord, we believe that the power of God is inside of every one of us. Lord, will you
remove the external fears, the obvious stuff? Lord, will you remove the hidden worries that no one else can see? Lord, will you empty our head, dear God, and our mind of all the stuff that's gone on? Lord, you are our fortress. You are our shelter. You are our place, dear God, where we can sit. But Lord, deal with our emotions, deal with our lives. Father, whatever is going on from the battlefield to the boardroom, dear God, to the field of life, whatever we are facing, Lord, the inner battles, the external battles, dear God, just the normal run of life.
At this hour, Lord, at this early morning, Father, we pray as the sun rises, as the sun sets, wherever we are scattered, from the battlefield to the school run, from the school run to the coffee run, from the coffee run to the shops, dear God, to being a homemaker. Lord, bless all the homemakers across the world. Lord, I pray that the love of God will be so strong over our lives. Lord, bless the listeners from the crown of their head to the sole of their
