love of God and the Spirit of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, God is with you. And right now, as the sun is going to rise in a few hours, and the sun might be setting on your day, whatever your time zone is, whatever your culture, whatever the rhythm of your life, Jesus Christ is alive and he is in your life. God is with you. Don't ever, ever, ever give up.
We're in Psalm 91, verse 4, and we're praying through Jesus, cover my morning with peace as this new day awakens. Holy Spirit, as this new day awakens, Lord, as our hearts start to wake, Lord, as we wake up today, Lord, as we get ready for life, we get ready for school, we get ready for work. Lord, whatever the rhythm is going to be in our life today, whatever comes down the track of life, Father, we thank you that you are preparing us for this day because the Spirit of the Lord is over our lives. And Father, wherever we are gathering from here, London, all the way to Brazil, from Brazil all the way to Angola, from Angola to America, India, New Guinea, the glory of God is over our lives. Father, we thank you that we are resting in the shelter of the Most High, that you are our refuge, you are our strength, you are our God. And right now, as dawn starts to break, dear God, in this new day, as the sun starts to rise, we believe in the power of the Holy Spirit. Lord, as the sun starts to rise, Lord, as our spirits are being awoken at this hour, Lord, I pray for complete peace. I pray for complete rest. I thank you that the power and the glory and Jesus Christ, through this devotional prayer time together, let the glory, let the power, let the
love. Father, from the battles of life to the skirmishes, dear God, for anyone that is emotionally worn out, for anyone that is really tired and worried about life, anyone that is on their way to hospital, anyone, dear God, that just feels really run down, lonely and tired and scared of life, remove, dear God, the panic attacks, remove the fear, remove the doubt. But Lord, as the sun starts to rise this morning, as we start to, dear God, see the dawn of a new day. Lord, we thank you that the dawn of the new day, dear God, is a new beginning. Because your blessings are new every morning. Holy Spirit, we believe that Psalm 91 verse 4 is for every one of us right now, and with his feathers, he will cover you, and there is refuge. His faithfulness will be your shield and your rampart. The spirit of the living God is in your life. The Holy Ghost is over you. It doesn't matter what tribe, it doesn't matter what tongue, it doesn't matter what area of the world you come from, it doesn't matter how old you are, it doesn't matter if you've got not what you got, it's who you know, it's Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. And Lord, as we step into a new dawn, Father, Lord, as we put our clothes on, as we do our makeup, as we do our hair, Lord, as we get the children ready, as we're on the school run in the field of life, whatever we are doing, the Spirit of the Lord is with every one of us.
Let the noise, dear God, of fear decrease. Let the noise of doubt decrease. And Lord, let the gentleness, let the rhythm, Lord, we want to hear the lion of Judah. You are Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. Lord, I thank you that anxiety is being stripped out of our lives, that fear is being stripped back, and the joy of the Lord is our strength today. And we walk in the Psalms, we walk in the power of God, and we believe in the word. We believe from Genesis to Revelation, and wherever we are, whatever is going on in the circle of our life, whatever is coming down the track, down the corridor of our life, Lord, we thank you that you've gone before us, that the word goes before. And the Bible says in Psalm 91, verse 4, He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge. His faithfulness will be your shield and your rampart. The Spirit of the Lord is over your life. You are healed, you are blessed, you are a child of the living God. Jesus Christ is calling you. You are free today. Whatever you face today, don't ever give up. Don't ever give in the glory, the power, the love of Jesus Christ, whatever battles you are battling, Jesus loves you. Come on, let's get going.
