Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, love, hope, and strength. If you've got a prayer request, please email us to the studio, which is infotdailyprayer.uk. That is info at dailyprayer.uk. What's your day like? Good morning, good evening, good
afternoon. Wherever you are right now, the love, the fire, the anointing of God is over your life. He is the King of glory. The Spirit of the Lord is rising in the darkness. The Spirit of the Lord is rising in the carnage of the world. The Spirit of the Lord is rising in your heart. The Bible says in the last days, through the book of Joel and the book of Acts, I will pour out my spirit on all flesh. God is pouring out his love, his mercy. You are anointed. You are born again. You are a Christian, and God is in your life. Holy Spirit today.
Lord, whatever day we've had right now, Lord, wherever we are, whatever battles we've come from, whatever emails, dear God, we've been trolling through, whatever social media issues have gone on today, whatever has happened, we believe in the love of God. Lord, I thank you that you protect us. And right now, Jesus, lift my heart when the evening feels heavy and I'm tired. Jesus, lift my heart when the evening feels heavy and I'm tired. Lord, I pray that the love and the anointing of God, dear God, just shape us today. Shape us by the word of God. Dear God, we lean into Psalm 91, verse 14, because he loves me, says the Lord, I will rescue him. I've got to tell you right now, through this prayer time, the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit is rescuing you. Holy Spirit, I thank you that you are rescuing the listeners. I thank you, dear God, that your love is unconditional over our lives. I thank you, dear God, because we acknowledge your name and we acknowledge the name of Jesus Christ in this devotional prayer time together. We acknowledge the name of Jesus Christ. You are Lord, you are savior, you are sovereign. You are El Shaddai. You are Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. You are a healing God, you are a saving God. God, you rescue us. Right now, Lord, we've gone down the wrong corridor of life, but Lord, you've snatched us back. Lord, we've got stuck on the motorway of life, Lord, and you've protected us and you've snatched us back. Lord, we've made wrong decisions, snap decisions, emotional decisions, and you've snapped us back in the name of Jesus Christ. Father, we thank you that under your wings, under the feathers, we will find refuge and strength. And Lord, we thank you for the psalmist. We thank you for Psalm 91. There is power in the psalm. There is power in the prayers of
David. The glory of God is over your life. Right here from London, England, all the way to Brazil, all the way to Cape Verde, all the way to America, all the way, dear God, to England, wherever we are, France and Brazil, Peru. Let the fire and the anointing and the power of God. Lord, stretch out the hand of God right now. Lift us out of the slimy pit. Father, we believe in the power of the word. Lord, we want to hear the lion of Judah. Lord, we want to hear that lion roaring over our town. We want to hear the lion roaring through the streets, roaring through the villages, roaring, dear God, through the mountains, roaring, dear God, through the valleys of life. Lord, as we walk down the corridor of life, as we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, we will fear no evil, for you are with us. Your rod and your staff, they comfort us. Lord, we thank you that the power of God, the anointing of God, the Spirit of the Lord is rising in our hearts
today. Lord, we thank you that we kick the duvet off, dear God of life. Father, we bounce out of the bed today. Lord, we put our makeup on, we put our clothes on, we pull our trousers up, we put our skirts on. Lord, we get dressed, we put our uniform on, Lord, we are ready for the rhythm of the day. But wherever we are, Lord, however we feel, Father, we thank you that the day is coming to an end. We thank you that the day is beginning. And Lord, if we're in the middle of the day, whenever they capture the sound of my voice, we believe in miracles, from the battlefield to the shopping trolley, from the shopping trolley to the barbers, to the hairdressers, to the farm, to the school, to the field of life, whatever we are doing, whatever nation, whatever tribe, whoever we are, the glory, the power of
God. And as we pedal out of this, the psalmist writes for you right now. Because he loves me, says the Lord. I will rescue him. I will protect him because he acknowledges my name. Sisters and brothers, let's acknowledge the name of Jesus Christ. There is healing in that great name. God bless. I will see you in two. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. Don't go too far. Catch you shortly.
