Let's lock in arms together. Let's lock down on the field of
life. Let's pray. And the title of this prayer is Jesus. Be my refuge when fear tries to rise in the quiet hours. Jesus, be my refuge when fear tries to rise in the quiet hours. Father, we thank you from the battles of life, dear God, to the skirmishes. Father, we pray that we won't react to the email that's been sent. We won't react to the social media post. Lord, we won't react to the text. We won't react to what the line manager is saying. Dear God, that we will find calmness. And Lord, whatever
we face tomorrow, whatever we have come from today, Lord, as we lay in bed, Lord, as we're on the commute run, whatever we are doing, Father, we pray, Jesus, be my refuge when fear tries to rise in the quiet hours of the early hours. Holy Spirit, I pray, whatever battle, whatever situation, whatever circumstances we're going through, Lord, I pray for any hearts that feel unsettled at this hour. Jesus, turn this around. Holy Spirit, bring peace to us. Lord, let the love of God just rest on our hearts at this unusual hour. Father, in this darkness, Father, as the sun has settled on today, dear God, as the sun is rising on today, whatever we are going through, Lord, silent these early hour fears. Lord, the inner fear, Lord, the outside expression of life. Father, we don't want to walk down the corridor of life fearing what may be coming our way. Lord, we want to walk through the valley of the shadow of death with no fear, with no worry. Dear God, we want to walk down the corridor of life, Lord, in the joy of the Lord. Lord God, be our refuge, be our God.
You are the Lion of Judah, you are the great I am, and wherever we are situated across this world, right here from London, England to the four corners of the world, all the way, dear God to Saint Paolo, all the way, dear God to Chicago, Brazil, the Netherlands, Lord, we're praying for an outpouring of your spirit, your mercy, your love, your saving grace. And right now, Holy Spirit, as we pray through Psalm 91, verse 2, I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress. Father, I thank you that you are with us to the very end of this age. And right now, if our souls are feeling restless, Lord, I pray that you will bring peace. Lord, whatever we are worried about, whatever situations we're going through, Lord, at these early doors of these hours, Father, just pour out your love over every human heart that's with me now. Father, for those that are listening to the sound of my voice, whatever we battle, whatever we go through, dear God, I ask you right now that we will have a forgiving heart, that we will forgive and we will leave everything at the cross, that we won't carry any unnecessary baggage at this early hour, that we will find freedom and freedom in the Word of
God. But right now, Lord, pour out your spirit. Lord, I pray that we will leave the baggage that we've brought all the way up right now to today, right to this hour, Lord, that you will help us to leave it at the cross. Lord, we don't want to go with the baggage of fear, the baggage of doubt, the baggage, dear God, of unforgiveness, the baggage, dear God, of bitterness. Lord, we don't want to carry these bags, dear God, these suitcases. We want to leave them at the cross. So, Father, wherever we are, I thank you, dear God, that you are our refuge, our fortress, our strength. And dear God, I pray, Jesus, be my refuge when fear tries to rise in this quiet hour. The Spirit of the Lord is over your life. Do not ever give up. Listen to the voice of God.
