Theme: Jesus Draw Near In Fear

And as we're going to jump into Psalm 91, verse 2, and the title is Jesus: Draw near when the choir hours stir the fear I cannot name. Jesus, draw near when the quiet hours stir the fear I cannot name. Father, that is so true, Jesus. Lord, there are many fears that we cannot name. Lord, they came in our lives like a tsunami. Lord, they came in, dear God, like a storm. Father, out of nowhere. Lord, the tectonic plates, dear God, under the bed of life just suddenly moved under the ocean of life. Father, the plates have moved and suddenly out of nowhere. Lord, the waves of our life, Father God, are just crashing down. And this fear just rises at

these quiet hours. Lord, at the 3 a.m., Lord, I pray right now, from the battles to the fears, to the worries to the doubts, to the rhythm. Lord, you tell us through the beautiful book of Psalm 91, verse 2, I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress. Lord, as the waves of life come crashing down on the shoreline of our life. Holy Spirit, as this storm starts brewing out in the ocean of life. Father, Lord, as the tsunami, dear God, comes in. Lord, I pray that we won't get caught by the wave of life. Father, we won't get swept away, dear God, off of our feet by fear. That fear won't sweep us away through the current, dear God. I pray that we'll be able to build our house upon the rock. And wherever we are at this hour, Lord, we believe in the power, the love of Jesus Christ. And Jesus, draw near when quiet hours stir the fears I cannot name. Jesus, draw near right now. I pray that you will draw near to each and every one of us. And Lord, you tell us that you are our refuge and you are our fortress. You are our God, and we trust in you. And Lord, we want the rhythm of God. We want to hear the line of Judah. Lord, we need you to be that refuge. We need you to be that fortress. Because, Lord, life is fierce, life is powerful. Lord, and we are getting swept off of our feet. Lord, the waves come crashing in. Lord, at these early hours, Father, as the sun is setting, as the sun is rising, Lord, we need the Holy Spirit. We need our Father. We need the Comforter to bring peace to our house, our lives, the rhythm of the journey

that we're in. Lord, you tell us through the beautiful book of Philippians 4, verse 6, do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and partition. Father, we bring everything to you. Lord, right now, every prayer request, every fall, every heart rhythm, Lord, we believe in miracles. And

Global Intercession And Closing Hope

dear God, from the four corners of the world, live here in London, England, all the way to Rio de Janeiro, Father, we pray for Columbia. We pray for Bogota. We pray, dear God, for Chile, and we pray, dear God, for Chicago. We pray for such an outpouring of your spirit. Lord, that you will carry us, you will strip us back. And Lord, if we're wandering around this world, Father, I pray, God, will you draw near to us when the quiet hour starts to stir the fears that we cannot name? Lord, there is a stirring in our heart. There is a stirring in the wasteland of our mind. Lord, we got fears that we cannot name. We got doubts that we're not sure of. From the battlefields of life, dear God, to the Passover table. From the Passover table, dear God, to the school run. Whatever we are doing, whatever the hour, Lord, the restlessness that we have in our spirit. Lord, will you remove, dear God, the storms of fear that we cannot name? Will you remove the fear, dear God? It just rises like a wave. It rises, God, like a tsunami. Lord, those tectonic plates of life, they just shift and they move deep under the seabed of life. And Father, when they move, Father, suddenly out of the ocean of life, Father, there is a move. Holy God, we don't want the tsunami of fear. We don't want the tsunami of doubt. We need peace. So, Father, wherever the listeners are at this hour, Jesus, draw near to us when the quiet hour starts to stir. The fear I cannot name. The Spirit of the Lord is with you. Don't give up. We'll catch you in two.
