We're in the rhythm of Psalm 91. We've been in for quite a few days. We're still in at this moment in time. I really feel and uh we feel the Lord is leading us to this psalm, the prayer of protection. It is a powerful psalm, it is a beautiful psalm. There is so much in these psalms, all the way through the prayers of David, and also if you're struggling to pray, turn to the gospel of Matthew chapter 6 and just get in that scripture there.
God is with us wherever you are. We're praying right now. The Spirit of the Lord is over your life. It doesn't matter what you've been through, it doesn't matter what you're going through, it doesn't matter what lies ahead. I'm telling you now, Jesus Christ is in your life from the four corners of the world to the battlefields to the field of life. Jesus Christ is with
you. And the title of this prayer is Jesus, quiet my heart. Jesus, quiet my heart this night and renew the joy I thought was fading. Lord, the joy that seems to be fading. Lord, the rhythm of heaven seems to be fading. And Lord, it's quite scary. And Lord, sometimes it feels, dear God, quite alone walking this earth. But right now, Lord, at this 10 p.m. hour, live here in London, England, Lord, quieten my heart. Lord, quieten the rhythm of the pressure. Lord, remove the pressure. Lord, sometimes I feel like a volcano. Lord, that we're going to erupt. Lord, that we're going to explode. Lord, I pray that you will give us a calm rhythm and we will feel the love of God and the spirit of the living God. Father, we thank you that the battle belongs to the Lord. But Lord, at this unusual hour, Lord, as night is starting to descend on our lives. Father, as the sun has set, Lord, as daylight has faded, Father, as dark has crept in. The darkness there, God, has crept in over these last few hours. And Holy Spirit, I pray that you will quieten this night time, that you will renew this joy. Lord, that there will be a gentle healing and there will be
a perfect love. But Father, we thank you for the Psalms of David, Psalm 91, 16, as we pray through, with long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation. Holy Spirit, show us more of that salvation. Holy Spirit, show us more of your just. Holy Spirit, show us more of your mercy.
Holy Spirit, show us more of your favor. Holy Spirit, right at this hour, Lord, as the night starts to gently come in, Lord, as the night suddenly descends on us, Holy Spirit, as the darkness comes in like a flood. Holy Spirit, I pray, dear God, that Jesus Christ and we know that you are the light of the world. But right now, Holy God, right now, dear God, Father, from the four corners of the world, here in live in London, England, to Portugal, to Angola, to Canada, all the way to Brazil, all the way to the Isle of Man. Holy Spirit, I pray that the love of God will be with us, whatever country, whatever
tribe, whatever city, whatever rhythm we live, wherever we are, whatever the postcode, I pray for the battlefields of life. I pray, dear God, for the trenches of life. Lord, I ask you right now that the Spirit of the Lord will bring a gentle rhythm of heaven.
And as we seek ye first the kingdom of God and your righteousness, everything else shall be added unto thee. Lord, we bless you, we love you, we worship you wherever the listeners are right now. Jesus,
quiet my heart this hour and renew the joy that has slipped into the fading night sky. Holy Spirit, come Lord, refresh us today. Wherever you are, don't ever give up. Jesus Christ is with you. I will see you in two.
