Wherever you are, I bet many of you are in bed right now, listening to the sound of my voice. You've had a terrible night, you haven't slept very well. Snap, here we
go. We're jumping straight into prayer because we are not gonna allow the rhythm of the world to control us. We're not gonna allow anxiety anymore to dictate to us. We are in Psalm 91 and we're in verse 4. The prayers of David, the Psalms of David. Come on, sister and brother. Lord, the sun is gonna rise soon. The sun might be setting on your life. You might be getting ready to get to work, whatever you are doing. You might be getting ready to get to the bus stop, the train, whatever you are doing in your life right now. Maybe you're just all comfy in your bed right now. Maybe you slept on the sofa. Maybe you slept in the chair last night. Maybe you're just tired and exhausted. Whatever is going on in your life right now. We are at a very unusual hour. We have come in through the watchman hours. We're coming through those night watches. And sometimes those nights can be so deep and so powerful, they can be so unsettling in the spirit. Come on, we're gonna pray. The spiritual atmosphere is hot in this studio. Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you for every listener, every tribe, every tongue, every color, every sound, whatever the rhythm of their heart is right now. We pray, dear God, for this spiritual rhythm that's hitting this world. Father, we are gonna pray out of Psalm 91,
verse 4. And the title is Jesus, cover my morning with your peace and lift the weight that rises before light breaks through. Jesus, cover my morning with your peace and lift the weight that rises before the light breaks through. Holy Spirit, right here, live in London, England. Lord, just a couple of hours before the sun will rise. Spirit of the living God, Lord, as we get ready to kick the duvet off. Lord, as we get ready to get out of the bed, Lord, as we get ready to get dressed, Spirit of the Living God, I pray, Lord, that the fire of God will cover us. Lord, if we've slept on the sofa last night in the chair, Lord, if we've slept, dear God, in that odd bed, Holy Spirit, I pray right now, wherever we have been asleep or trying to sleep, I pray that you will bring peace to our heart, our mind, our body, our soul. But right now, Lord, Father, we need the line of Judah. Lord, you've got to cover this morning with your peace. You've got to lift this weight, the worry, the fear, dear God, the torment that's been with me all these nights, all these moments. Father, I want to get rid of the baggage. Lord, I don't want to walk any further in my life carrying the baggage of yesterday. Lord, I want a clean
hand, dear God, and pure heart. Spirit of the living God, I pray that you will rest over each and every one of us. That the fire of God, the anointing of God, the power of God. Lord, we thank you that we're in Psalm 91, verse 4. For he will cover you with his feathers. Hallelujah, Jesus. And under his wings you will find refuge. His faithfulness will be your shield and your rampart. Father, in the name of Jesus. Lord, as we indulge ourselves, Lord, as we walk in the Psalms, Lord, as we just rest, dear God, in the beautiful book of Psalm 91. Lord, we believe that the power of God is moving in our spirit.
From the battlefield to the boardroom, to the field of life. Lord, we believe in miracles, that the Spirit of God is over our lives. From the four corners of the world, right here in live London, England to Portugal, Angolia, all the way to Peru, all the way to Mexico, Father, back all the way to Chile. Lord, we are praying for the fire of God, the Spirit of God, Father, from the battlefield to the boardroom. Lord, as we get our trousers on, as we put our skirts on, Lord, as we put our makeup on, our lipstick on, we comb our hair. Lord, we pick up the bag of work. Lord, we put the kids in the car, we go on the commute run, the school run. Lord, on the field of life. Lord, whatever battles we are facing, Lord, we're tired and we're weary. We're jumping in the van right now and we're exhausted. Lord, we're standing at the bus stop and it's dark and it's murky. Spirit of the living God, I don't want to get on the train today.
Lord, I don't want to go on the commute. Lord, I'm not a commuting robot. Lord, I pray right now that the Spirit of God will be over each and every one of us from the battlefield to the boardroom.
Cover our morning with peace today in the mighty name of Jesus. Don't go too far. I will catch you at the next prayer.
