We are watching the news channels, we are listening to things breaking out. There is wars, rumors
of wars. But whatever the time zone is in your life, whatever battle, whatever worry you are going through, let's not lock on to social media, let's not lock on to the news, let's not lock on to what is happening around the world. Let's focus on Jesus
Christ. We're in Psalm 37, verse 5, and the title of this prayer is very easy and simple. Jesus, carry my concerns through the middle of this day and teach my heart to trust what I cannot see yet. Father, I pray that we will go by faith. Lord, help us to commit our ways to you and to trust in you. But Lord, I pray that the rhythm of life, Father God, I pray that we will focus on you, Lord, because what we're hearing is very unsettling. And Lord, we pray that your love, your mercy, your grace will be over our lives from the four corners of the world to every battle station, to every trial, to every tribulation.
Father, we pray for mental health that is rising right now. The worry of war, the worry of doubt, the worry, the lack of. Father, the increase in the prices of the rhythm of life because of what is happening around the world. Lord, we're worried. Holy Spirit, we pray right now that you will carry our concerns in the middle of the day. But Jesus, teach me to live by faith, teach me to walk in the rhythm of God, teach me to get to the scripture, teach me, dear God, to trust in you. Father, I pray that we won't look at social media, we won't look at the way of the world, but we will trust in Jesus Christ. So, Father, right now, through the book of Psalms 37, verse 5, commit your ways to the Lord. Trust in him, and he will do this. Father, help us to commit our ways to you. Whatever the tribe, whatever the nation, whatever the color, wherever we come from, Holy Spirit, the battles of life, Father, the inner storms, the outer storms, every situation that we're going through
right now. Father, we pray that the love of God will rest over us from here, London, all the way to Angola, to Portugal, to Brazil. Father, we pray right now for Delhi. We pray, dear God, that you will move all the way through every nation, every tribe, every tongue. And Lord, we pray for global peace. We pray for rest right now. And Lord, I thank you that the word of God is in our spirit. And Lord, I believe that Romans 15, verse 13 is for each and every one of us. May the God of all hope, may the God of all hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him. Father, whatever the rhythm, whatever the drum be, Lord, we need living hope right now. Lord, we need safe direction. Lord, guard our hearts and our minds and our thought pattern in Jesus Christ, from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the shopping trolley, from the shopping trolley to the barbers, from the barbers to the now bar, dear God, to the rhythm of life, to the bus stop of life. Holy Spirit, as we look out of the window of life, dear God, I pray that you will bring peace to our heart. The Lord, the rhythm of our life. Lord, we need you. But right now, Lord, carry our concerns through the middle of this day. Carry our mind, carry our heart, carry our spirit. Lord, wherever we are, Lord, help us to be focused on Jesus Christ.
You tell us through the beautiful book of Hebrews 12, keep your eyes on Jesus. Holy Spirit, I pray that we won't lock into social media. We won't lock into the news channels, but Lord, we'll keep our eyes on Jesus through the Word of God. Whatever is happening in the hour, Lord, as the sun has risen, as the sun sets on our day, wherever we are, Lord, take the battles, take the fears, take the doubts. But Lord, the concerns that we carry right now, lift them, Lord. I pray that there'll be a spring in our step. Lord, I pray that our walk will be light. But Lord, as we go through the valley of the shadow
of death, carry us. I believe in healing. I believe in miracles. And right now, Lord, let every heart be healed, let every mind be steadfast. But right now, let the joy of the Lord be our strength. Wherever you are across the world, don't ever give up.
