There is a funny atmosphere at this moment. There is a heaviness across the globe. There
is war, rumors of wars. The weather system is doing some very strange things. But I want to tell you right now, we are locked in together, we are praying together, but the glory of God is over your

straight in. We're in Psalms 4, verse 8, and the title is Jesus Settle My Spirit tonight and cover my rest with peace. That guards me through the dark hours. Holy Spirit, the world seems very dark at this moment. Lord, the weather feels very cloudy and very heavy. Lord, we are watching, Lord, war break out. Dear God, and we are worried. Lord, we understand what the rhythm of the word says, but right now, Jesus, settle my spirit tonight. Holy Spirit, bring peace to my heart. My mind, dear God, is racing. My thought patterns are all over the place. And right now, cover my rest with peace that guards me through the dark hours. Lord, it feels dark. And even though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me. Lord, we need your love right now. We need your presence right now. You are the God of all things. You are the father of Isaac, Jacob, and Abraham. And Lord, we need to hear the rhythm of heaven. We need to feel the love of God. And right now, you are the God of all things. You are the King above all kings. You are the great I am.
And Father, I pray that you will strengthen us. But right now, Lord, at this dark hour, as we watch wars, rumors of wars, as we walk through the valley of the shadow of death from the four corners of this world, we pray for peace. We pray for love. We pray for mercy. We pray for the goodness of God. But Jesus, settle my spirit tonight. Settle my heart tonight. Settle my mind tonight. Settle my thought pattern tonight. Settle everything, dear God. I pray that you will break out. You will break out and you will break in. That the love of God will just carry us wherever we are across the four corners of this world. Lord, we need your mercy. We need your love. We need your saving grace. Holy Spirit, we pray that you will pour your love out and your love in.
And Lord, as we listen to the rhythm of the world, Lord, we don't want to get caught in the rhythm of the world. Lord, we don't want to get caught in the pattern of the world. Lord, we want to listen to the Lion of Judah. We want to get in the word of God. And Father, we pray that you will settle our spirit tonight and cover my rest with peace that guards me. Holy Spirit, we need guarding. Holy Spirit, we need lifting. Holy Spirit, we need
protecting. And whatever battle, whatever trial, whatever rhythm we are hitting right now, from the four corners of the world, from here in London to Brazil, to Mexico, to Boston, to America, to Australia, to France. Holy Spirit, will you come? Holy Spirit, will you bring rest? Will you protect us? Lord, from the battlefield of life to the four corners of life. Holy Spirit, we need you right now. We keep calling. Holy Spirit, hear the battle cry within. Wherever you are across the world, Jesus Christ knows your tears. He hears your heart rhythm. And he is the King of
Kings and the Lord of Lords. Jesus, as we sleep, bring complete rest. Wherever you are, don't ever give up. We will catch you at the next prayer. God bless.
