Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of hope, love, peace, and strength. Whatever your rhythm is, whatever your time zone is, I pray that Jesus Christ will just drop peace like rain on your skin. I pray that the heavenly rain will fall over you at this hour. We are live here in London, England. It is 11 p.m. It is 11 p.m. I nearly stumbled, but I kept it moving. It is 11 p.m. live here in London,
England. We are in Psalm 121, verse 7. Jesus, watch over me. Holy Spirit, watch over us. Father, the battle cry, the cry within. Lord, why war? Why, Lord? The Holy Spirit, Lord, we're asking you why. God, why? Lord, we understand the rhythm of general life, but Lord, why? Holy Spirit, why? The question that we have, Lord, is why, God? Holy Spirit, please come. Lord, bring rest right now. Lord, you tell us in Psalms 121, verse 7, the Lord will keep you from all harm and watch over your life. Father, we need that now. Lord, the globe is asking the question, why? The innocent ones are asking why. Holy Spirit, why is the elite doing what they're doing? But
Lord, we get a bit of an understanding through the Word of God. Holy Spirit, we know that there is a battle in the heavens above. And we know that the battle belongs to the Lord. So Lord, this spiritual battle, Lord, this fierce atmosphere at this moment, Lord, we pray that you will quieten the storm that is in our spirit right now. That you will bring peace, you will bring hope. We pray for those that are in panic mode, those that are scared, those that are worried, from the four corners of the world, from every tribe, from every tongue, from every language. We pray, dear God, for these final hours of this day. We pray for these final moments of this day, that you will give us safe rest. Lord, that we will find living hope. Lord, and there will be gentle courage in the name of Jesus Christ. But Lord, as we pray out of Psalm 121, verse 7, Lord, keep me from all harm. He will watch over our lives. Father, we are holding on to the Psalms right now. We believe in the power of the word. But Jesus Christ, I pray, from the four corners of the world, to every language, to every city, to every town, to every area, to every aspect of life. Father, I pray that we won't live by emotions, we won't live
by feelings, we will live by faith. And Lord, we will call on the Lion of Judah. Lord, bring healing across the world. Bring peace across the world. Let the love of God be over the world. Father, we pray that we won't indulge in social media. We won't live our lives according to the bounce of the rhythm of social media. Lord, that we won't allow the fear and the worry and the pots and pans and the noise in our head to control our lives. But Lord, we will capture the rhythm of Scripture. I pray that we will live our lives in the Word of God. Lord, that we will rest in the Word. Father, teach us your ways. Holy Spirit, show us your ways. God, show us your ways. Father, I pray that we will pull that word of God off of the shelf. Lord, that we will open up that Bible. We will blow the cobwebs off that scripture, Lord, and we will open up that word. We will have a cup of coffee, a cup of tea. Lord,
at the 11th hour, live here in London, England, from every battle, from every trial, from every commute to every rhythm. If you're at home with the children, if you're worried, if you're scared right now, please hit us in the studio at info at dailyprayer.uk. Send us in your email. But please, sisters and brothers, as we pedal out of this prayer, grab yourself a paperback version. If you need a Bible, hit us in the studio. We will get you a paperback version. The reason I say paperback, it is because very simply that through the phones, through the devices, we got distractions. But through a paperback version of the Bible, we sit down with a cup of coffee, with a cup of tea, some water, whatever it may
be, and just open up the word of God. If you are scared and worried at this hour, get yourself the Bible down, open up the Bible, sit on the edge of the bed in the van in the car, and turn to Psalm 91 and pray. Pray this, Jesus. Open my heart because I'm scared. Lord, open my heart up right now because I feel lost. Spirit of the living God, please speak to
me through the word. Wherever you are across the world, God is with you. Don't ever give up. I'll catch you at the next prayer. God bless.
