Live From London: Setting The Tone

SPEAKER_00

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper. We are live here in London, England, where the world is gathering for prayer. We're gathering for hope. We're gathering for strength. I don't know about you. Are you feeling weak? Are you feeling tired? You know, the sound of war is all over the channels, it is all over the socials, and I'm tired of hearing the word war. I know what the Bible says. There'll be wars, rumors of wars, all that sort of stuff, but I just want to feel the love of God in our lives like never before. Should we lock

in? Should we take these five minutes and really lock in in prayer? I want to say thank you to your life for everybody that is sewing a prayer into this ministry, everybody that is sewing a three-pound gift into this ministry through Buy us a coffee. Everyone on RB Christian Radio and the back archives of these podcasts. Come on,

we're gonna jump in. We're in Psalm 130, verse 5. Jesus, this is the title. Jesus, meet me in these dark hours and teach my heart to wait with hope. Holy Spirit, teach me to wait in these deep dark hours, and Lord, help my heart to wait with hope. Lord, I want my heart to be hopeful. Lord, I want my very being to be hopeful from the four corners and from every language and from every tribe, from every settlement in this world. Father, from the war room of life to the battlefield, to the prayer room to the Passover table. Holy Spirit, Lord, at this hour, Lord, you need to meet our needs. Father, Lord, we're calling down on the God of Israel. Lord,

Confronting Fear And Uncertainty

SPEAKER_00

we've got to lean into Jesus. Lord, all we're hearing is about battleships, aircrafts, bullets and missiles, the loss of life. Father, I pray that you will keep our hearts steadfast. I pray right now, Jesus, meet me in these dark moments. Holy Spirit, will you take the fear of war away? Will you take the fear of dying away? Will you take the fear, dear God, of living and the uncertainty of what lies ahead? But Father, we thank you that we don't go by, Lord God, what we think that goes ahead. Lord, we go by what we believe. And Lord, I believe that all things are possible to those who believe. And Lord, from the four corners of the world, Lord, I thank you that your faithfulness is new every morning. And Lord, we believe in miracles. So Lord, we pray for peace around the world. We pray for every heart that's with me right now that peace will abound.

Waiting With Hope And Patience

SPEAKER_00

And Lord, we thank you for Psalm 130, verse 5. I wait for the Lord. I wait for the Lord. Holy Spirit, help me to wait for you. Help us to be patient in every circle, every corner, every rhythm, every footstep of our life. Lord, help us to wait. Lord, I want to thank you for Romans 8.25. Holy Spirit, if we hope for what we do not see yet, we wait for patience. Holy Spirit, Lord, give us patience. Lord, give us patience right now from the four corners of the world. All the way from here, London, all the way to Brazil, Portugal, Chile, Angola, all the way, dear God, to Argentina, dear God, all the way to Cuba. We're praying for the love and the fire of God. We're praying for the mercy. We're praying for the goodness of our King. Lord, from

the battlefields that we're in. Father, from the field of life to the war room. From the war room, dear God, to the prayer room. From the prayer room, dear God, to the field of life. Every scenario and every setting under the sun. Lord, we need your hope. Lord, we need the word. We need the presence of God. Father, we thank you all the way around this world that the love of God is with each and every one of us. And Lord, as we hear the word war, Father, I pray that that word will just disappear, Lord. It will melt like wax in our thought pattern. And Lord, that we will rise on wings as of eagles. But right now, Lord Jesus, meet me in these dark hours and teach my heart to wait with you. My God, my King, my Savior, you are El Shaddai, you are Jehovah
