Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper. We are live here in London, England. We are gathering for faith. We're gathering for prayer. We're gathering for strength.
Come on, if this is the time, we suddenly realize that the church in the UK has suddenly disappeared. Religion has disappeared. When you talk about war and you talk about the rhythm of mortality, religion and the church just suddenly get under the table of life. If
you are a born-again spirit-filled brother or sister, you will realize that the scriptures talk about wars, rumors of wars, pestilence. You know, it talks about what we should be experiencing right now in the season and in the rhythm of life. Come on, God is with you. Don't lock on to the sound of war. Lock on to the sound of the rhythm of scripture. Get into worship, get into the word of God. Let's tell the world that I love Jesus Christ. And we are Braggadocious, brothers and sisters, men and women that just believe.
When Jesus was on the shoreline of Galilee, what did he say to them? Did he say go to church? No. Did he say go and get yourself a degree in theological understanding? No. He said, drop your nets, come and follow me. That's all we got to do is be Jesus'
followers. Father, right now, will you guard my steps through the middle of these hours and keep me steady as the day presses forward? Father, this day is pressing forward. Father, it feels like it's a steam train. Father, Lord, it feels like that it is picking up speed. This day is picking up speed. And Lord, I pray as we go along the circle of life. Father, we're praying for the power of God, the love of God. Lord, we are expecting miracles right now. Father, in the name of Jesus, from the four corners of the world, right the way through the Middle East, bring peace, bring love, bring mercy, bring favor. But right now, Jesus, I call on the greatest name in heaven and earth. From the four corners, dear God, from the depth of my heart, from the depths of my lungs, Lord, I say, Jesus.
Jesus, guard my steps through the middle day, through these middle hours, and keep us steady as this day presses forward. Holy Spirit, I thank you that you are the Comforter. Jesus, I thank you, you are the living word. Holy Father, our Father in heaven, I thank you that you are our Father. But right now, Lord, we lean into Psalm 121, verse 7. The Lord will keep you from all harm. He will watch over your life. Father, I thank you for these
scriptures. I thank you for the word of God because Lord, I look at the news channels and I see war. I listen to the radio and I hear war. I lock onto social media and I watch rubbish. Spirit of the living God, I don't want to watch rubbish. I don't want to listen to war and I don't want to watch war. Lord, I want to walk in the love of God. Lord, I want to walk in a way of being braggadocious. Lord, not being arrogant, but being bold, being strong in Jesus Christ, knowing who I
am. And Father, right now, Lord, we're not looking at the church because the church has lost its true identity. Father, we don't want to walk that way, Lord, because the church doesn't know who it is. But Lord, we know who we are. We are Bible-believing believers. We are spirit-filled, blessed and highly favored, wonderfully and fearfully made.
And from the four corners of this world, right the way from London to Mexico, from Mexico to America, from America to the Middle East, from the Middle East all the way, dear God, to Israel, from Israel to Delhi. Holy Spirit, Lord, the war zones of this world we bring before you. And Lord, I pray right now, in the depth of this prayer. Lord, as the sun has risen, as the sun is setting, Father, as the missiles are flying, Father, as the aircrafts are battling it out in the skies above. Dear God, as the ships are on the oceans, Holy Spirit, I pray for all those that are caught up in war. That you will bless and you will repair families. But right
now, here, Lord, I ask you that you will bring peace from the battlefield to the war room, from the war room to the Passover table, from the Passover table to the school run, to the cooking to the shopping trolley, to the Hoover, to the van to the car. Wherever we are, Spirit of the Living God, bring peace. Guard our steps. Steady this strength and give us daily
protection. Wherever you are, Jesus Christ is over your life. God loves you. There have been angels deployed over your life. Don't go too far. I will catch you in two.
