Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper. We are live here in London, England. How are you feeling? Good evening, good morning. We are exhausted and we are tired. The rhythm of life is wearing at this moment in time. What we are hearing is war, war, and war. But the battle belongs to the Lord. So wherever you are, without further ado, we're gonna jump straight
into prayer. If you've got a prayer request and you're worried and you're scared, if you need a Bible, hit us up in the studio, which is info at dailyprayer.uk. Without further
ado, this is the title of this prayer and it is Psalm 91, and this is it. Are you ready? Jesus, stand between me and every voice of fear and let your peace rule through every thought at this deep hour. Holy Spirit, stand between me. Stand between us and the voice of fear. Father, I thank you to every listener that is under the sound of my voice. I thank you, dear God, that we are walking together, that we're locking shields today. Holy Spirit, whatever the tribe, whatever the colour, whatever the rhythm of our life is, dear God, I want to say thank you to every listener on RB Christian Radio, everybody that is praying for us, everybody that is sowing a financial seed into the ministry, everybody in the archives of these prayers and podcasts, everyone that is listening to the sound of my voice, whatever your time zone is, whatever your situation is. I've got to remind myself and every one of us that Jesus Christ is the King of the Jews, He is the great I am, He is the living word. And Psalm 91 is over your life. He has prepared for you, he has created you, he loves you. And let's just take a moment and just resignate our heart and our mind.
Let's just let the spirit of the living God rest on our spirit right now. Let's just ponder on John 3, 16. For God so loved the world. When you're in trouble and you're scared, remember that the love of God is so strong. Remember what John also writes. He says, Perfect love drives out all fear. Father, I thank you that your love, that great love, Lord, we need your love tonight because we are scared and we are weary. Lord, we got emotional fatigue, we got relational ship fatigue, we got battle fatigue. Lord, we're scared and we're tired and we're weary, we're run down, we're drawn out, our fingers are aching, our bones are aching. Lord, our shoulders, dear God, are leaning in. Father, our head is awash with stuff. Lord, we are tired and weary, but we got to remind ourselves that we are blessed and highly favored. So, Lord, we're not gonna go by the rhythm of our feelings, we're not gonna go by the rhythm of our heart, we're not gonna go by the rhythm of the emotion of this earth suit we walk in. Lord, we're gonna
go by faith because we believe, Jesus, stand between me and every voice of fear and let your peace rule through my faults at this dark hour. Father, as the sun has set live here in London, England, as the sun is rising, as the dawn is breaking through, Lord, as the sun starts to shine, as the rain falls, as the snow comes down, Lord, as the wind blows, Lord, as the shoreline of the ocean crashes down as the waves of life come in. Lord, I want to thank you for the beauty of creation. I want to thank you for the beauty of your glory. Lord, in this world in which we live, Jesus, stand between me and every voice of fear and let your peace rule. Holy Spirit, we come to you as brothers and sisters, blessed and highly favored. But Lord, we are weary and we are tired. From every scenario, from every sunset to every sun going down, we believe in the fire of God. And Lord, we thank you that the battle belongs to the Lord.
And Lord, you tell us through Psalm 91, verse 5, you will not fear the terror of night. I've got to tell you, from the boardroom to the battlefield, from the battlefield to the shopping trolley, from the shopping toray all the way to the commercial airliner, from the commercial airliner to the passenger jet, wherever you are, God is carrying you. God shall supply all of our needs according to thy riches and glory.
Without further ado, let's not give up. Wherever you are across this world, God's love is over your life tonight. I'll catch you at the next prayer.
