Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper. We are live here in London, England. We are gathering for faith. We're gathering for strength. We're gathering for hope and we are gathering for prayer. If you've got a prayer request, please email us to the studio, which is info at dailyprayer.uk.
Whatever the rhythm, whatever the tribe, whatever the colour, wherever you are across this world, the spirit of the living God is over all of our lives. And without further ado, let's jump straight in to the greatest book the world has ever seen, Genesis to Revelation. It is called The Word of God. And we are Bible-believing believers. You are saved by grace.
Psalm 91, verse 16 is the title, Jesus, hold my tomorrow with a faithfulness that carries me through the darkness and into the light again. Father, as the dawn is gonna rise in a few hours, Father, Lord, as the sun has set, Father, we thank you that we got courage, we got power, and we got authority. But Lord, at the 11th hour, I thank you to every listener that is across the world. I thank you for their heart. I thank you, dear God, for their prayers. I thank you for those that are standing with us and sowing prayers into this ministry. I thank you for those that are sowing a financial gift. Lord, we are praying, dear God, for the love of God over all of our lives. But Jesus, hold my tomorrow. God, hold my now. Lord, hold my heart right now. Lord, we thank you right here, dear God, through these daily prayers, through these devotional times together. Lord, we lock in, we hold strong, and we never give
up. Lord, as we hear the sound, dear God, of many errors of war. Lord, as we listen to the missiles that have been fired, as we listen to the fighter jets, as we see the ships on the oceans, the battle stations on the oceans, Lord, as we understand that there are cargoes that are trapped in shipping lanes. Lord, I thank you that we do not rely on the sound of the world. Lord, I want to remind myself and the listeners that my God shall supply all of our needs according to thy riches and glory. Lord, we're not worried about the price of a barrel of oil. Lord, we're not worried about what the governments say, because Lord, you have put us on this earth. Lord, you have put us here, and Lord, we belong to you. So, Lord, you've got to feed the children. Lord, you've got to get me to work tomorrow. Lord, you've got to pay the bills. Lord, you gotta make a way where there seems to be no way. Lord, we're not gonna worry what they say in the war rooms. We're not gonna worry what the politicians say. We're not gonna lock in, dear God, to the propaganda and the fear that is coming across the news channels. Lord, we're gonna rise on wings as of eagles. Our God shall supply all of our needs according to thy riches in
glory. And you tell us through Psalm 91, verse 16, with long life will I satisfy him. Lord, we thank you that as we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, we will fear no evil because the rhythm of God is with us. From the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the ballroom of life. Father, as we dance our way through life, as we skip our way through life, as we crawl our way, as we cry our way, as we run, as we go through fear and joy. Lord, as we go in the yo-yo-ing situations, Lord, as we go through the four seasons of life, Spirit of the living God, as the sun rises, as the sun sets, as the snow falls, as the rains come. Lord, as the seasons change, our God is our God. Lord, we want to thank you that the battle belongs to the Lord. And Lord, that you are, dear God, carrying each and every one of us. Father, from the battlefield to the boardroom, from London to Brazil, from Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Spain. Holy Spirit, I thank you that at this hour you are carrying every heart, every mind, every body and
every soul. So Lord, I pray tonight that there will be rest and there will be beauty and there will be stillness. And Lord, breathe. Breathe in our lungs, Lord. And Lord, wrap your loving arms around us. The battle belongs to the Lord. Let's just remind ourselves in John 3 16 as we pedal out of this prayer. For God so loved the world. God's love is so powerful. God's love is so strong. Jesus Christ is with you. Where you are, Jesus, hold my tomorrow with a faithfulness that carries me through the darkness into the first light again. The dawn is going to rise, the sun will set, the wind will blow, the rain will fall, and God has not left us as orphans. Without further ado, I'll catch you at the midnight hour. God bless.
