Opening And Welcome From London

SPEAKER_00

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper. We are live here in London, England. We're gathering for faith. We're gathering for prayer, and the rhythm of the day is fierce. The rhythm of life is fierce. Good evening, good morning, good afternoon. Whenever you capture the sound of my voice, it doesn't matter when I timestamp it, because prayer is prayer. If you've got a prayer request, hit us in the studio, which is info at dailyprayer.uk.

Focus On Psalm 91

SPEAKER_00

Come on, let's get straight in. And the title of this prayer is coming out of the beautiful book of Psalms 91. We are staying in Stalms for quite a number of days. We're just going to keep in this rhythm because Psalm 91 is such a powerful prayer. There is so much depth in it, and we're just going to keep that rhythm flowing for a

while. We're in Psalm 91, and the title is Jesus: Stand between my heart and every night voice of fear and let your presence become my anchor. Jesus, stand between my heart and every night voice of fear, and let your presence become my anchor. Lord, we need your presence. Lord, we need the word of God. Lord, whatever the time zone is, whatever the rhythm, whatever battles we've come through from today, Lord, from sitting, dear God, in the place of work to commuting, from the commute, dear God, to coming home, to flying across the world, to sitting around the pool, to having lunch with family and friends, to being on a school run, to just being at home all day. Whatever the setting is in our lives, Father, we're tired. Lord, and I pray that we will feel your voice tonight. Lord, I want to hear the voice of heaven.

Stillness In Psalm 46:10

SPEAKER_00

I want to hear the voice of the Lion of Judah. Jesus, stand between my heart, stand between our heart and every night voice of fear. Lord, all those voices in our head. Lord, all those pots and pans clattering, making a rumble in our head. Father, I pray that the noise of the world will go. Your word is healing. So right now, Lord, we pray for the night terrors that they will go, for the fear of night that they will disappear. Lord, all the way from London to Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Spain, and Peru. Lord, we are believing for miracles. We believe in peace. So right now, from the battles of today to the field of life, from every school run to every shop run. Father, if we are standing and cooking and looking after the family, bless us. Lord, if we're still on the commute run, Lord, bless us from the crown of our head. Lord, whatever we are doing, whatever the rhythm, whatever the bounce, whatever the walk, whatever the corridor looks like in our life. Father, as we walk down the corridor of life, Lord, we thank you that we are going to be still and know that you are our God. So Lord, we lean into Psalm 46, verse 10. Be still and know that I am God. Father, help us to be still and to know that you are God. From the battles of life to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the shopping trolley, to the ballroom, to the rock face of life, to the

rhythm. Holy Spirit, bless every listener wherever they are. Lord, I pray that you will bless them from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet. God is with you. Don't go too far. I'll catch you at the next prayer.
