Opening Prayer And Focus

SPEAKER_00

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper. We are live here in London, England. We're gathering for faith. We're gathering for hope and we're gathering for strength. It doesn't matter what the commodities are happening to them around the world. It doesn't matter about the shipping lanes. It doesn't matter about the price of oil. Come on, let's not focus on what the world wants us to focus on. The enemy wants us to feel fear, to be scared, and to be worried. But we gotta rejoice in the name of Jesus

Psalm 91:15 And God’s Answer

Christ. Because we are in Psalm 91, verse 15, and the title of this prayer is Jesus: Answer my evening cry and bring peace into the places of my heart where I cannot settle today. Holy Spirit, we need you. Father, we need you in our lives. Lord, you tell us through the beautiful book of Psalms 91, 15, He will call upon me and I will answer Him. I want to tell you wherever you are, if you're in this studio with me, God loves you. If you're on the other side of my voice, God loves you. If you're in the air right now, God loves you. The Bible says, He who calls on my name will be saved. He who calls on my name, I will answer

him. Father, I pray from the four corners of this world, from every battle station to every war cry. Jesus, hear my evening cry. Lord, we're not making a noise with our lips, but inside of us, Lord, it's erupting. Lord, inside of us it's like a volcanic eruption waiting to explode. Holy Spirit, there is fear bubbling, there is doubt bubbling. Lord, there is tremors bubbling. So right now, Lord, I pray that you, dear God, will dissolve, dear God, that volcanic activity through prayer, worry, and doubt. Lord, we believe in miracles. And Jesus, answer my evening cry and bring peace into the place of my heart where I could not settle today. Lord, I pray that we will settle. And Lord, I want to say thank you to everybody that is with me right now under the sound of my voice. I want to say thank you to everybody that is praying

with us. Thank you to everybody that is sowing a financial gift, everybody that is in these podcasts and these archives, these daily devotionals. God bless you. Everybody that is standing with us right now, from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the four corners of this world. Father, as we reach out from London to Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Angola, and Cuba, Lord, we believe in the power of God. But right now, right now, Lord, we need calm. Right now, we need peace. Lord, our heart is beating extremely fast. Lord, we are not gonna lock on to the price of a barrel of oil. Lord, we're not gonna look at the fore court prices of diesel and petrol. We're not gonna listen to what they're saying out of number 10 Downing Street. Lord, we're gonna listen to the rhythm of Scripture. My God shall supply all of my needs according to thy riches in glory. Lord, you own every amount of oil, you know, you own every shipping lane. Lord, you own every fossil fuel. Lord, every raindrop that falls, you know about it. Every snowflake that comes down, you know. Father, you know the temperature of the sun. Lord, you know the power of creation. And right now, Lord, we are not gonna listen to the rhythm of political jargon. We are gonna listen to the Lion of

Judah. Lord, we want to get in the word from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the shopping trolley, from the shopping trolley to the field of life, to the van to the car, to every area and every arena of life. We thank you that as the prayers of David clearly tell us, he will call upon me and I will answer him. God will answer you. Whatever your rhythm, whatever your language, from the four corners of this world, Jesus Christ loves you. Don't ever give up. The spirit of the Lord is with each and every one of us. Father, Lord, in these hours, Lord, from morning to noon, whatever this rhythm of today brings, Jesus, answer my evening cry and bring peace into the place of my heart where that could not settle today. The spirit of the Lord is over your life. Don't ever give up. Jesus Christ is with you. I will catch you at the next prayer. God bless.
