Lord, will you quiet us down? Father, will you bring us to a place where we can pause, we can gather our breath because Lord, we've been on the racetrack of life today. Lord, we've been on the racetrack of life. Father, it feels like we've been in a Formula One car driving at high speed. Lord, we've been in and out of the chicanes of life. Father, we've been in the pit stops known as McDonald's. Father, we've been all round in every situation, Spirit of the Living God. Lord, I thank you to everyone wherever they are right now, under the sound of my

voice. But Lord, as we pray through right now, as we pray through Psalm 23, verse 2, Jesus, lead my heart. Jesus, lead my heart into quiet rest at the end of this day. Holy Spirit, lead my heart into quiet rest at the end of this day. Lord, I've got to get out of this racing car of life. Lord, I can't keep driving. We can't keep driving at this pace. Lord, our bodies are trying to calm, but our minds, dear God, are still on the track of life. Father God, we hear the sound of the engines roaring. We hear the sound of speed. And our bodies can't take it anymore. So Lord, we come to you. And Lord, we look into the scripture tonight. And Jesus, lead our hearts into a quiet rest at the end of this day.

Holy Spirit, as we broadcast out from London, as we reach listeners across the world, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, the United States, Russia. Holy Spirit, bless the Middle East. Lord, I pray for everyone under the sound of my voice. Lord, we can't live at this pace anymore. Father, social media is so fast. Work is so fast. Everything in our life is so fast. Lord, we're holding on to the steering wheel of life. And Lord, there is no rest. Lord, the tires on this car of life are wearing thin and we are tired. Jesus, lead my heart into quiet rest at the end of this day. Holy Spirit, I pray for the listeners. I thank you that they're on RB Christian Radio. I thank you that they're praying into this ministry, that they're sowing a gift financially. I thank you to everybody in the archives. I thank you for everyone that's on a commute run right now. Lord, whatever their rhythm is, whatever their stride is in their life, Father, will you close this day with peace? Holy Spirit, will you close this day with love? Will you close this day? Lord, we gotta get out of this racing car. Lord, we can't live on the track. Lord, we can't drive at high speed anymore. Lord, we are getting tired and we are weary. And Lord, we are actually beyond tiredness. Lord, our minds are racing. Lord, we get out of the rhythm of the race of life, but our minds are still racing. Our thoughts are racing. Bring quiet tonight. Lord, help us to pause wherever we are as we crisscross the world. Father, from the battlefield to the racetrack of life. From the racetrack of life to the school run. From the school run to the shopping trolley. Father, as we're at home now. Father, just getting read, Lord, for the midnight hours it comes in in two hours. Father, as we're getting our uniforms off. Father God, as we're changing our clothes, as we're

taking our makeup off. Lord, as the tears are running down our faces, the scared feeling in our hearts, Lord, lift my heart. Father God, I pray as we pray over this evening, sorry, that you will bring peace to our hearts. Holy Spirit, Jesus, lead my heart into quiet rest at the end of this day. God is with you wherever you are. Thank you for staying with us when I make mistakes, when I cough, when I do all those silly noises, all that sort of stuff, when I get a tongue-tied word. We're not AI. We are real. And God is real. So wherever you are, this is the closing word. Psalm 23, verse 2. He makes us lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside quiet waters. God is with you wherever you are around the world. Don't ever give up. I'll catch you in two.
