John 14:27 Evening Peace Prayer

SPEAKER_00

Without further ado, the title of this prayer is very easy and it's beautiful. It's coming out of the Gospel of John, chapter 14, verse 27. Jesus, fill my heart with peace as this evening comes in. Holy Spirit, fill my heart with peace as this evening comes in. Father, I thank you for every sunset that we've had in our lives. I thank you, Lord, for every sunrise that we've had. I thank you for every breath, and I thank you, dear God, for every heartbeat, because our lives belong to you. And Jesus, will you remind us right now that our heart belongs to you? That you created the heavens and the earth. And right now, Jesus, fill our hearts with peace.

Let Go Of Today’s Baggage

SPEAKER_00

We pray, dear God, for every one of us that is carrying the work baggage home. We pray for every one of us that is carrying life baggage home. We pray for every one of us that is just carrying baggage around all day long. Lord, we want the baggage to go. And Lord, we want our hearts to be filled with peace as evening comes in. Lord, as this evening starts to descend, Lord, as the eyelids of the nation, Lord, start to close. Father, I pray

Peace Over Fear In The News

as the tiredness of this day starts to grip us. I pray right now that you will give us, dear God, divine energy. And Lord, you tell us that you will be with us when we're in trouble, when we're tired and when we're scared. Lord, you give us that clear scripture from John 14, 27. Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. I do not give as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. Lord, I want to pray that over all of our lives. I want to pray, dear God, the towel end of that scripture. Do not let our hearts be troubled. Lord, will you help us for our hearts not to be troubled? Lord, you tell us do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. Lord, as we look at social media, as we listen to the news channels, as we hear the sound of the war cry, Lord, we want to hear the sound of Jehovah Jirah. Lord, we want to feel the presence of Jesus in our lives. And I pray, Jesus, fill our hearts with peace as this evening unfolds.

Prayer For The Tired And Unwell

SPEAKER_00

I pray, dear God, that those that just feel really tired and really scared, those, dear God, that are just unwell in their bodies, those, dear God, that are in prison, those that are in hospital, those that are waiting in the doctor's queue right now, those that are waiting for medical results to come back, those, dear God, that are on palliative care, those, dear God, that are on in hospice care. Wherever we are, Lord, I pray for the for those that are under the sound of my voice, Lord, that they will find peace in your word. And right now, Lord, we believe in healing. And we believe, dear God, far greater than healing is peace. Lord, we're always looking for healing for limbs and organs, but Lord, the greatest healing that we can ever receive is the peace of God. So Lord, whatever sunset we're going through, whatever river we're going through, whatever valley we're we're walking through, for whatever dark corridor we're in, Lord, I thank you, Lord, from the four corners of this world as we broadcast

Closing Blessing And Keep Going

out at this hour. Lord, we thank you, Lord God, that we're able to stretch out and to connect one another to one another through the power, dear God, of prayer. But right now, Lord, as we broadcast to Brazil, Lord, I thank you for everyone in Mexico, Spain, America, Toronto, Australia. Lord, I pray for those in, dear God, in right the way around the Asian right now. I pray, dear God, for every globe, for every area of this globe, that the love of God will be with us, that the Spirit of the living God will be with us at this hour. Lord, we're tired and we're weary. Lord, we've been speaking all day. Lord, we've been working all day. Lord, we've been talking all day. Lord, and our lips are tired, our heads are tired, our minds are tired, our backs are tired. Lord, we need peace. So from the battlefield to the boardroom, Lord, as we're on the commute home right now, Lord, as the homemaker is getting the home ready for the family to descend. We pray for the homemakers around the world that you will bless them from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet. Father, from the battlefield to the washing machine, from the washing machine to the van, from the van to the aircraft, from the aircraft to the tarmac of life. Father, wherever we are, will you? Yes, Lord, you have already. Lord, I ain't even got to say will you, because you've already done it. Jesus, fill our hearts with peace. As this evening unfolds, Holy Spirit, I pray, and I thank you to every listener across the world. May the Spirit of the Lord be with you wherever you are. Don't ever give up. Stay with this journey with us. We're going to the next prayer. I'll see you very soon. God bless.
