Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper. Wherever you are across the world, thank you for making daily prayer part of your life and part of your day. Whatever the rhythm, whatever the trial, whatever the rhythm of today has brought to the front door of your house, I want to tell you well, we are going to finish well in the name of Jesus Christ.
And the title of this prayer is coming from the beautiful book of Philippians 4, verse 13. Jesus, strengthen me to finish this day well. Holy Spirit, strengthen us to finish
this day well. Father, we thank you. Oh God, right now, Lord, we're tired and we're weary. Lord, we are holding on to the steering wheel of life right now. And Lord, I thank you, dear God, that you are leading us. Father, if we're in a traffic jam, bless us. Lord, if we're at home, bless us. Lord, if we're at the cooker right now, getting food ready for the family. Whatever the rhythm of our bounces, Spirit of the Living God, we pray that favor will just descend. That anointing will just descend. But Jesus, strengthen us. Holy Spirit, our bones are aching. Lord, we're a little bit tired. We feel a little bit fatigued at this moment in time. Lord, we feel a little bit stretched. Lord, will you sustain us? Father, I thank you for this day, because today is a good day. Every second is a good second. Every hour is a good hour. Because Lord, we remind ourselves that our strength comes from the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.
And listeners, wherever you are across this world, whatever colour, whatever tribe, whatever language, I want to remind you that Philippians 4 verse 13 is over your skin right now. I can do all things. Tell yourself, look in the mirror at work, look in the mirror at home, wherever you are, look in the mirror in that car, but keep your eyes on the road though. I can do all things through him who gives me strength. I can do all things through him who gives me strength. Lord, I want to thank you right now that all things are possible to those who believe. So Lord, I thank you for that spiritual law, the law of the word of God, the law of the power of the word of God. Lord, I pray that we will speak over our lives. I pray that we will speak the word of God in and through every situation. And Lord, our bounce will be a bounce of faith. Our bounce won't be a bounce a bounce of fear anymore, but our bounce will be a bounce of faith. And Lord, our rhythm will be a rhythm of hope. Holy Spirit, right now, I pray, dear God, that the love of Jesus will just capture each and every one of us. But Lord God, Heavenly Father, Jehovah Jaira, Jehovah Nissi, Jesus, strengthen me. Lord, so that we can finish this day well. Lord, we want to finish well today. We want to finish with a smile. We want to finish, dear God, with our heart buzzing in the name of Jesus. We want to finish, dear God, this day, Lord God, feeling good for once in our lives.
Lord, we don't want to lock onto the news channels. We don't want to listen to the sound of the barrel of oil crying up and up and up, Lord. We don't want to listen to what's happening in the shipping lanes. Lord, we don't want to listen to the trouble that's on social media. Lord, we want to walk in faith. So Lord, I pray that you will close our ears to what the world is saying and you will open our heart to what the scripture says. So Jesus, strengthen us as our day comes to a gentle close. Holy Spirit, I pray for the battles that we face, Lord, with smile. And Lord, I thank you that through Philippians 4, verse 13, I can tell yourself you can look in that mirror right now and tell yourself I can do all things through Him who gives
me strength. Who is that Him? He is the King of Kings and He is the Lord of Lords. Who is that Him? He is the Savior of the world and He is in your life. Jesus Christ loves you. The Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit is with you. Thank you for joining us for this rhythm of prayer. And wherever you are, from the battlefield to the boardroom, to every scenario, to every sunset, from as we broadcast out of London to Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Spain, South Africa, and around the world, I thank God for every listener that is on RB Christian Radio, everybody that is praying into this ministry, everyone that is sowing a financial gift, everybody that is in the back archives of these podcasts, wherever you
are. Come on, let's endure. Let's stand strong. Let's lock shields of faith together. The Spirit of the Lord is with you. I invite you to come to the next prayer. Come on.
