Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper. Wherever you are in the world, thank you for making daily prayer part of your life and part of your day. And staying connected with us, whether you're new to the prayer rhythm right now or whether you're listening to the back archives, wherever you are, thank you for standing with us. Thank you for praying with us. Without further ado, let's
jump straight in. We're in a journey of prayer and we're coming out of the beautiful gospel of John, chapter 14, verse 27. Jesus, fill my heart with peace and calm this evening. Yes, Lord. Lord, we pray for certain areas of our lives. We pray for peace. We pray, dear God, for restoration, and we pray for release. We pray, dear God, that the fear will be released. Lord, we don't want to carry this fear weight. We don't want to carry the weight of yesterday. So Lord, I pray, Lord, for everyone right now. I pray for the brothers and sisters around the world. I pray that the love of God and the presence of the Holy Spirit, Lord, will just calm their hearts right now. I pray, Lord, at this hour, I pray for calmness. I pray for stability. I thank you for peace. Lord, we need peace. So Jesus, fill our hearts with peace and calm this evening.
Lord, we've been on the racetrack of life. Father, we've been in the Formula One car of life all day. Lord, we've been on emails, we've been on text. Lord, we've been battling this, we've been battling that. Lord, we've been in mental health issues, we've been in scared positions. Lord, we've been at hospitals, Lord, we've been visiting people in prison. Lord, we've been seeing family, Lord, we've been getting ourselves through the rhythm of life. Lord, the journey that we've been on, Lord, it is a race car of life. And Holy Spirit, Lord, we don't want to be driving this life, dear God, like a Formula One race car driver. Lord, we want to be living our lives peacefully and calmly. Lord, we don't want to be living at high speed. Lord, we don't want to, dear God, be spinning so many plates we can't control the plates that we got spinning. Lord, I pray that you will help us, Father, find a way to calm down. I pray that you will help us, dear God, to declutter our lives. Lord, we need peace. We need restoring. We need release from certain things in our lives, the way of living. Lord, I thank you for every breath you give us. I thank you for every in-hale you give us, every exhale you give
us. And Lord, whatever the rhythm of our life is, Father, I thank you to the listeners on RB Christian Radio. Lord, I just pause and say thank you for praying for over this ministry. I thank you for sowing that prayer into this and over us. I thank you for that you're standing with us. I thank you that you're sowing a financial seed into this ministry. I thank you that you're listening and joining with us wherever you are. God is with every one of us. But Lord, I pray for our hearts. I pray for all of our hearts right now that we will find peace. And Lord, calm will come through the front door of our lives. Lord, I pray that you will breathe down every corridor of our life. I pray that you will draw us. I pray, dear God, that you will lift us. I pray that you will carry
us. But Lord, I thank you for John 14, 27. Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. I do not give as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not
be afraid. Lord, we do not want to be afraid. Lord, we do not want to be living in fear of social media. We don't want to be living in the stories of the political jargon. We do not want to be living in the area, dear God, of uncertainty. We want to be living by faith. And right now, restore every heart. Restore the rhythm that we got. Father, as we stretch out across the world. Fathers, we stretch out to Brazil, Venezuela, Lord, Spain and Portugal, Canada and Kenya. Father, I pray for every nation, for every home, for every city, for every area of life. Strengthen us, God, and bring us to a place of peace and rest. Father, I thank you that there is healing over each and every one of us. Father, from the battlefield of today to the trench of life. Father, as we skate, dear car God, across the ice rink of life. Father, as we skate, Lord, I pray as we skip through life, we crawl through life, we dance our way through life, however we get through life, I pray as we go through the corridor of life, you will strengthen us. But right now, Jesus, bring peace to our heart. Jesus, fill my heart with peace and bring calm to this evening.
Wherever you are, don't go too far. Follow us. Let's go to the next prayer. God bless.
