Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, wherever you are in the world. Thank God that you're making daily prayer part of your rhythm and your bounce and your life and the part of your day wherever you are across this globe. Let's stay connected. Let's lock in. We are on a journey, and the journey is prayer. Please, please, please do not ever give up in prayer. God is with you. He sees your tears. He sees your pain. God is healing you. God is strengthening
you. And right now we are going to jump into Philippians 4, verse 13. And the title is Jesus. Strengthen me. Jesus, strengthen me to finish this day well. Holy Spirit, Lord, as the eyelids are getting tired. Lord, as we're tired in the commute run. Father, we're tired. Lord, we've just dropped the kids off the football, to netball, to basketball, to whatever rhythm. Lord, we're sitting in the audience and we're tired. Lord, we're sitting at home and we're tired. Lord, we've just got indoors and we've slammed the front door on the world and we've just thrown ourselves on the sofa and we are tired. Lord, we've got to cook the tea. Lord, we've got to look after the kids. We've got to look after the family, but we're tired. Spirit of the living God, give us strength to finish this day. Holy Spirit, Lord, we brought our work home with us tonight, Lord, and we shouldn't have done. Lord, we've brought the work laptop home and we shouldn't have done. And Lord, I pray that we will close the lid. And Lord, that we will sit and be still. Father, I pray that we will shut the lid on every computer in our lives. And Lord, that we will focus on the King of Kings
and the Lord of Lords. I believe God is strengthening you. I believe God loves you so much, it is beyond human understanding. The love of God is over your life. Father, I pray for strength right now. I pray for strength for those that are tired, those that are weary. Lord, their eyes are closing. Lord, their heart is beating fast. They're worried about money. They're worried about the barrel of the price of the oil. They're worried about the gas, the electricity. Lord, help us not to look at the price of the electricity and the gas. Help us not to focus on the shipping lanes of life. But Lord, help us to draw strength from the king. Help us to draw strength from the living God. Lord, I want to lean. Lord, I want to take every one of us with me right now under the sound of my voice.
Lord, I want to get us into Philippians 4, 13. I can do all things. Lord, you've got to remind me. Lord, I can do all things through him that gives me strength. Lord, just remind us. Lord, every listener, Lord, I pray that this will be beating in their heart. Lord, I pray, dear God, that this will be beating in the skin that they're in right now. Tell yourself, I can do all things through him who gives me strength. Lord, you are the one that gives us strength. Lord, when we're really tired, strengthen us. Lord, when we feel really stretched, sustain us. Lord, when we feel really worn, renew
us. Holy Spirit, we are tired, we are weary, and we feel worn. Lord, we're sleeping, but we're not really sleeping. Lord, we're working and we can't stop working. Lord, the bounce of life is too much. Father, we are losing energy. Lord, we need to have more endurance. Lord, help us to persevere. I pray from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the school run, to the field of life. Father, right now, dear God, as we're in the shops, Lord, as we're living life, as we're with the children, as we're on the home run, whatever we are doing, Lord, we need the love of God. We need the fire of God. We need the anointing of God. Come, Holy Spirit, give us endurance, give us strength, give us perseverance. But Jesus, strengthen us to finish this day well. Lord, our eyes are closing and we are tired of life. Lord, we need energy. We need the divine. We need Jehovah Jirah. Lord, we need the Lion of Judah. We need the Word of God. But Lord, we believe. Lord, help us to believe. Help us, dear God, to walk by faith, to live by faith. I believe that the scripture is a hundred percent on track. And I believe God's word is without error. I can do all things through him who gives me strength. May the Spirit of the Lord carry you wherever you are, whatever battle station you're at, from London as we broadcast to New York, to Lagos, to Mumbai, to Nigeria, to the Philippines. The Spirit of the Lord is over your life. From the battlefield to the boardroom, to the shopping trolley, to
the washing and the spin dryer machine right now, to the scaffold, to the car, to the van. Hold on, God is with you, Jesus. The cry right now is Lord, give us strength. You are our strength, you are our help, you are our endurance. Lord, we can do this because God is with us. Don't go too far. Jump with me to the next prayer. Hold on. Come on.
