Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, wherever you are across the world, thank God for your life and making daily prayer part of that rhythm and part of your everyday cycle. Wherever you are, let's stay connected, let's continue the power of prayer.

Scripture Focus And Prayer Theme

SPEAKER_00

There is only one place to go, and that is Jesus. That is the word of God, that is the Bible. And we are in Philippians 4, verse 13. And the title is Jesus renew my strength and carry me through this day. Holy Spirit, renew our strength and carry us through this day. Holy God, that you are, Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi.

Anxiety Over News And Rising Costs

SPEAKER_00

Lord, as we watch the news channels, Father, as we listen to the radio, Lord, as we capture social media, Lord, we are watching things that we never thought that we would see across the world. Holy Spirit, again, holy God, take our eyes, Jesus, off of the price of the barrel of oil. Take our eyes off the gas and the electric.

Endurance For The Long Race

SPEAKER_00

And Lord, give us endurance to run this race. Give us endurance, dear God, like an athlete. Father Lord, we're not interested in the sprint. Lord, we are suddenly realizing that this life, dear God, is like a marathon. And Lord, we just got to keep a steady pace, a steady rhythm. Holy God, give us endurance to finish. Holy Spirit, we pray that we will find that there

is divine glory in the kingdom of God. And Lord, will you remove the tiredness? Lord, will you remove the stress, dear God, of making a way in our lives? Father, for those that are worried about putting fuel in their car, those, dear God, that are looking at their

last pound, those that are looking at their last dollar and their last euro. Whatever currency we hold in our hands, Father, we are worried about the currency that we have in our pocket and what we don't have. But Lord, give us endurance. Help us to finish. Jesus, you will supply all our needs according to thy riches and glory. But right now, renew our strength. Carry me through this day. Lord, as we hit, as we hit this time, Father, I pray, as the sun has risen for many hours, Lord, as the sun is descending, Lord, as the evening starts to encroach on our lives, give us endurance because Lord, we've got evening fatigue.

Life Feels Like A Puzzle

SPEAKER_00

Lord, our bones are tired. We're weary. Lord, we're working two jobs, three jobs. Lord, the children are driving us mad. Lord, relationships, Lord, are all over the place. Work is trouble. School is trouble. Education is trouble. Lord, the rhythm of life, everything feels such a pressure right now. Lord, we feel that we're under so much pressure, just breathing and living. Holy Spirit, I pray for those that are suffering with mental health, that are really worrying about the life situations around us. Lord, I pray that you will give us endurance, that we will feel the love of God, the power

of the Holy Spirit. Lord, I thank you that the divine, greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. And we ask you right now, God, as we stretch out across this world, Lord, as we broadcast to London, Father, as we hit the shoreline, dear God of Brazil, as we hit the shoreline of America, Israel, Lord, we pray for Iran. We pray for every area of this world. We're praying, dear God, for France. Lord, we pray for Hong Kong and China. We pray for an outpouring of your spirit on every nation, on every color, on every tribe, of every area of life. Father, we are worried and we need endurance. Lord, we are zapped of all this energy. Father, from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the barbers, dear God, all the way to the pedicure. From the pedicure, dear God, to the washing machine, to the hover, to the scaffold of life, to the traffic jam of life. Father, will you help us? Lord, we are looking at a puzzle and the puzzle is called life. Lord, we can't find these pieces. Lord, it is not fitting. It is not working out. Lord, we need you in our lives like never before. Lord, we stretch out with the quiet worries. We stretch out with these resisting panic attacks. Lord, they are we are trying to resist these attacks. Lord, they're rising. Lord, we need you. Jesus, strengthen us today. Lord, we got to finish well. Lord, we got to finish this day strong. We got to finish this today, Lord. Father, we thank you that you tell us through the word of God of Philippians 4, verse 13. I can. I want to remind you right now that you can do all things through Him that gives you strength. My grace, God said, is over your life. The beautiful book of 2 Corinthians 12, verse 9 says, This over your life, my grace is sufficient for you. My power is made perfect in weakness. Father, carry this weight known as life. Lord, remove the rucksack, remove the suitcases of pressure, of worry. But wherever we are, from the battlefield to the boredroom, never ever give up. God is with you. Jesus, renew my strength and carry me through this day. Jump with me to the next prayer. Come on.
