Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper. Wherever you are in the world, thank you for making daily prayer part of your life and part of the rhythm of your day. As we lock shields across this world, I thank God from the very depth of our
heart. Come on, we're gonna jump straight into prayer and we're in 2 Corinthians 10 verse 5. This is the title, Jesus. Take authority over my thoughts and bring every pattern into your control. Holy God, Jehovah Jirah, take authority over our thoughts and bring every pattern into your control. Father, we lean into the cross. And right now, Lord, Father, with these thoughts, these 50-50 mindsets, this anxious mind, this mental struggle, Lord, the history, Lord, that just won't go away. That battlefield of the mind, Lord, take control of our thoughts. Lord, we lean into the word because there's nowhere else to go. And the Bible says in 2 Corinthians chapter 10,
verse 5, we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. Father, we take every captive thought to make it obedient to Christ. Father, we take these thoughts captive. And Lord, we say, Lord, with these intrusive thoughts, with these fears, with this anxious mind, with the mental health, with the struggles, with the controlling mindset that we may have. Father, we come to the cross of Calvary. Lord, our eyes are tired, the eyelids are closing. Father, as the sun will rise in a few hours, Holy Spirit, we pray, Lord, as we come to the cross of Calvary, Lord, I pray that you will heal our mind. Lord, will you bring quietness to the rhythm of this hour? Holy Spirit, we pray that you will allow our thoughts to lead us into the Scripture. Lord, we pray that our thoughts won't lead us to the news channels, that our thoughts won't lead us to yesterday, to the back history of our lives. Lord, we want the back history of our lives from our mind to be erased. Lord, we don't want to overthink at the midnight hour. We don't want to overthink, dear God, in the middle of the day. We don't want to overthink, dear God, in the middle of the night. Lord, wherever we are, whatever situation we're going through, Holy Spirit, I pray that you will bring peace
to each and every one of us because we trust in you. And right now, Lord, as we stretch out, we broadcast from London all the way to Saint Paolo, New York, Father, we pray for Barcelona. Lord, we pray for France and Australia. Lord, Tokyo, that the love of God will strengthen
each and every one of us. But right now, Lord, at these early hours, Father, before the sun rises, Lord, I thank you to every listener that is under the sound of my voice. Thank you that they're praying for us. Lord, as we lock shields together, we pray for one another. We
stand strong in the word of God. And Father, thank you to everyone, Lord. Bless everyone that is sowing a financial seed into this ministry. Bless them in the glorious name of Jesus. Everybody on RB Christian Radio, everybody that is awake right now, everybody that is listening to this voice of mine, Lord. I pray that you will remove these thoughts, Lord, that a little bit odd, that are a little bit strong. Lord, that are of
our history. Lord, we don't want our history to divine us. Lord, we don't want the historical thoughts to define us. Lord, we want to know that there is freedom. So we come to you, Lord, in the spirit of the Lord. And right now I thank you from the battle of the mind to the war zone of life. Father, from the edge of the bed, from the sofa to the chair, from the chair to the bed, from the bed, dear God, to life itself. I ask you, God, at these early hours as the sun is going to rise, Father, remove these anxious thoughts, this mental struggle. Lord, take control of all of our thoughts in the name
of Jesus. Holy Spirit, take authority over our thoughts and bring every pattern into your control. Come on, join me over the next prayer. Don't go too far.
