Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper. Wherever you are in the world, thank you for making daily prayer part of your life and part of your day. We are across the globe together, we are locking in, whatever the time zone is, we are staying connected and we are on a journey, and the journey is called prayer. Welcome
wherever you are. We're in the book of Isaiah 40, verse 31. This is the title, Jesus, renew my strength and lift me from every limitation facing this day. Lord, all the limits, Lord, all the limitations, dear God, all those restrictors that we see today that we face. Father, Lord, as the alarm is going to go off soon, Father, as the sun is going to rise in just a few hours. Father, we pray for such an outpouring of your spirit. But right now, get us ready for today. Holy Spirit, renew our strength. Father, Lord, I pray, Lord, as we wake up, Father, as we try to get in the rhythm of the hour. Lord, I pray right now that you will strengthen us. You will renew us. Lord, that you will lift every area of our life that is limiting us. Lord, we do not want any limits on this earthly life. Father, we want to live by faith. And we come to you right now. And we believe that Isaiah 40 verse 31
is for each and every one of us. But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not be faint. Father, I thank you that you are the way, the truth, and the life. And at this early time, Father, as the sun is going to rise, Lord, give us morning strength. Holy Spirit, Lord, when we're feeling tired in the early doors, Lord, we haven't slept too well. So, Father, will you renew this energy within each and every one of us? Strengthen us for what lies ahead over the course of this day. Lord, we want spiritual renewal. Lord, we want energy for the day. Lord, we want hope and we want strength. But Lord, we believe in miracles. And right now, renew
this strength. Father, as we stretch out from this studio all the way, dear God, from London to Toronto, all the way from Toronto, all the way to Manila, from Manila all the way to Venezuela, all the way, dear God, to Milan, all the way to Barcelona. Father, we stretch out to Brazil. And Lord, we thank you that we crisscross the world together, that we lock in shields, Lord, that we lock on hope.
Lord, as we're on the rugby field of life. Father, Lord, we we get down, Lord, and we get in the mud of life. Lord, it is raining, Lord, it is wet, it is cold. Whatever season we're in today, Lord, Father, as we are warm in the bed right now, Lord, we gotta get out. Lord, we gotta kick the duvet off. Lord, we gotta get moving. Father, I pray, from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the school run, from the school run to the shopping trolley, to the scaffold to the van to the car, to that bus stop. Lord, on these cold days, Holy Spirit, I pray that we will feel the love of God. Lord, just wrap yourself around us. Lord, we got morning tidiness. Lord, we got morning fatigue. We are weary and we are tired. Lord, we're wiping the sleep out of our eyes. Lord, we're pulling the curtains back on this morning.
Lord, we look out the window of life and we say, Holy Spirit, will you lead us today? Will you guide us today? Will you give us strength today? Because Lord, we want to walk in righteousness. We want to walk in power. We want to walk in authority. We want to walk in the strength of our God. And right now, Lord, strengthen us for today. Lord, we do not believe in limits. Lord, we can do all things through Christ that gives us strength. So, Lord, we keep our eyes on Jesus. We focus on the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Lord, wherever we are across this world, I pray that the love of God and Father, I thank you that nothing can shake us. But Lord, as this day begins, we come before you, we seek your face, we seek the heart of the Father. Lord, we want to fill the rhythm of God right now. The Lion of Judah, Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi. Father, touch our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus. But Lord, bless the listeners from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet.
May God bless you as you pull the curtain back on this new day. The Spirit of the Lord is with you. Come on, join me at the next prayer. Let's never ever give up.
