Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper. Wherever you are in the world, thank you for making daily prayer part of the rhythm of your life and part of that journey today. Come on, we're gonna jump straight into prayer.
Whatever that rhythm of life is looking like, whoever you are, the title of this prayer is beautiful and it is easy. And we're coming out of the book of Romans 8 28. Jesus, align every detail of my life and work all things towards
your purpose. Father, we come to you right now. Lord, we step out in the faith of the love of God. And Jesus, I realize I need to understand everything in front of me. I choose to trust that you are already working ahead of me. Align every detail according to your purpose. Establish my steps, steady my heart. When I feel uncertain, give me peace. When I feel unsettled, bring assurance. Help me to walk forward with quiet confidence, knowing that you lead me. Father, in the name of Jesus, we come to you right now. Lord, whatever the time zone is around the world, Father, we lean into Jesus Christ and we know that in every situation, Jesus, you are already working ahead of me. Holy Spirit, you are already working ahead of us. Lord, wherever we are, Father, as we lock into this devotional time together, Lord, we believe in the power of
God. As we stretch out across the world, Lord, we lean into Romans 8.28. Jesus, Jesus, Holy Spirit, Lord, let Romans 8.28 rest on our spirit right now. And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been accalled according to His purpose. Father, we thank you. There is a purpose for our lives. We thank you, Lord, as we trust in God's plan. Lord, I pray, Lord, as the future looks uncertain in the natural eye, I thank you that we live by faith. And right now, Lord, at this midday rest, Lord, we believe that God is working all things out. So, Father, through this daily devotional time together, Lord, at this hour, whatever our time zone is around the world, Father, as we reach this point of the day, Holy Spirit, I pray that we will pause and recognize that you are realigning our heart. Father, we need you like, Lord, we've never needed you before. We want you like we've never wanted you before. We're hungry for you like we've never been hungry before. But right now, Lord, we establish these steps of ours. Lord, when life feels uncertain, Lord, bring assurance. Holy Spirit, when we feel unsettled, bring peace. Let me walk confidently today through the rivers, through the valleys, through the trials, through the tribulations. Father, we lean into the Holy Spirit. We lean into the cross of Calvary. We lean into the word. Father, from the battlefield of life to every scenario. Father, as the sun rises on our lives, Father, as the sun sets on our lives, Lord, we need you in our lives. So Jesus, align every detail of my life and work in all things towards your purpose. Father, I pray that we will come in alignment with your word, that we will come under clear instruction. Father, as we stretch out from this studio, Lord, as we broadcast, as we read this prayer, Lord, as we hold on to the word of God, Father, establish your plan in our lives. Lord, we need purpose, we need assurance, we need alignment with the Holy Scripture. But Jesus, align every detail of our lives and work all things towards your purpose.
Father, from the battlefield to the boardroom, to every scenario under the sun, from London to Saint Paolo, Atlanta, Lagos, Manila, and Madrid. We are praying that the plan of God, Lord, we trust in you for our lives. Father, from the four corners of this world, from every battle to every trial, Holy Spirit, calm every
storm. But Father, we thank you that Psalms 37, verse 23 is over our lives. The Lord makes a firm steps for the one who delights in him. Father, in the close of this prayer, we delight in our Father, Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. Lead us in a new beginning. May God bless you and carry you in the greatest name in heaven and earth. God bless.
